Ok, I finally got around to talking to my girlfrined woh is married to one of the brothers from Boyz to Men, and she confirmed what I knew that none of them attended college. I know someone mentioned on her that they all went to Temple.

Hotep Brothers. Bros, I would not trade places with that BOYS TO MEN QUE for NOTHING! A Delta(Kiml122) and Aka(AKA2D) are seemingly conducting a background check on him. I know he is nervous as hell! Damn, BLACKMEN all over the world need to pray for the brother before the coalition GETS HIM! I "aint" cosigning for anything that he did to the "SISTAHS" but I truly believe they are going to lay a "whoopin" on him when they catch up with him, and by virtue of an AKA & DELTA working together (can you believe it?) they are definitely going to succeed in their mission! I have just found the entire thing odd. Folks say he is this or that. He has a degree from ABC etc. etc. LOL THEN, we have someone on the board who knows his people...no hearsay, but BLOOD kin folk saying they haven't ever gone to college. LOL

I guess that PHd comes from the honorary degree. :rolleyes: Don't front like you have spent hours and hours on end for YEARS studying etc. and voila...you're Dr. So and So. That's insulting (IMO).



If he is an Omega with or without a degree or has not ever attended college, it's okay!!! That's it! We have our answer(s).

Just wanted to bring this to the top for kiml22 and AKA2D '91 to clear up any misunderstanding....

Alot of famous folk recieve honorary degrees and are extended honorary membership in fraternities and sororities based on merit. Hey Alicia Keys has a college degree from nowhere but she's an AKA go figure!

Alicia Keyes attended Columbia University, but didn't graduate.

But yes...most divine nine organizations give/gave membership to influential people who didn't attend college.

Alicia did not receive a degree and is a honorary member. GO FIGURE, like so many other of our honorary members! I have YET to see her or any other honorary member with the pinky thrown IN PUBLIC. GO FIGURE! (BTW the honorary debate has already taken place on GC...you can find the thread at your leisure).

ALSO, MOST peeps with honorary degrees don't put those letters behind their name regularly. LMAO Whitney doesn't have Whitney Houston-Brown, PHd on her CDs...and she's been on DRUGS! Maybe she forgot she has one. :o :p LMAO IMO, that should be an insult to anyone who has spent countless hours in the classroom (now online)obtaining their BA/BS/MA/MSMPAJD,MD,DDS,PhD,EdD.
