Had greencup been a troll as you all seem to believe, don't you think they'd be back here to stir up trouble? I feel pretty confident in saying that greencup was just asking a question and 99% of y'all just made fun of them.

Let's not all act like jerks the next time someone comes on here with negative perceptions, we should try to correct those perceptions. We should be good ambassadors of our respective organizations.

I'll concede that. It really doesn't justify the response of some folks though. They were intentionally rude. I think greencup is just misinformed. The "buying your friends" thing was a little harsh I agree. However, I once believed the same crap. I was given a unique opportunity and was able to see that my views were wrong.

I find it regrettable that people choose to act in this way when given the opportunity to correct a misinformed person.
