SCREECH...crash!
(OK I am the daughter of a real estate broker...sue me!). I love House threads: Here are the ones in my state U-DUB (University of Washington) http://students.washington.edu/panhell/ADPiHouse.gif Wazoo (Washington State University) http://cubmain1.cub.wsu.edu/adpi/thehouse.jpg |

Jill, you are ALWAYS welcome on our Forum!! Post away, girl!
When I go for my mail tomorrow, I'm going to try to dig out my old photos of our suite. At Pitt, nine sororities are housed in Amos Hall, which had been a very posh apartment complex in the 1930's. Posh as in, the singles were once maids' rooms! I do have a floorplan, blueprint/floorplan junkie that I am, but I'm going to try to show the suite photos, too. Wish me luck! |
And if I'm really lucky, I'll find the photos I have of Emory, too!

Ok I'm either going completely insane and having a case of deja vu but I swear there was a thread awhile back on the same topic where we talked about how the new website should have pictures of the houses. Does anyone else remember that or is it just me?
Anyways I was looking at some of the houses on the website and they are HUUUUUUGGGGGEEE!! Man I cant imagine living in some of those houses. But then again I liked our layout of a suite in the girls dorm (all the sororities had suites). |

When I can scan the pictures I have here, I'll post pics of the ADPi house at SDSU. |

I just wanted to point out that Upsilon's house at WSU has had a major face lift over the last year or so. Here are some updated photos following the work parties this summer. I think it looks wonderful now!

CougADPi, all I can say is, "WOW!!!" I just love it!! The charter, the history, the remodeling - it's wonderful!!
I think I'd kill for that fireplace! |
I'll never miss a chance to post a pic of my chapter's house! Hehe (My room was the two left windows on the second floor! ;) )

This is just the front of the house....it stretches out in the back! www.geocities.com/adpibetatau http://www.geocities.com/adpibetatau/ADPiHouse.jpg |
Don't get me wrong, I love my house (especially now!) but looking at these pictures makes me wish I had gone to some of these other schools. They are absolutely breath taking (especially Eta Pi, Zeta Omega, and Beta Alpha). It would be amazing to be able to say "I lived here"

I'm kinda shocked that they don't have pics of all of the houses. Maybe that is something they are "working on" with the new website. [/B][/QUOTE]
I'm an Alum from the Zeta Phi Chapter whose "house" is posted on the National Website. That is actually the house of the University's President. The sororities at that school don't have houses or dorms or anything collective. I was told that the pictures were collected at DLC (photos of President's Houses were used if chapters didn't have houses) and that more house photos will be added later. |
