My arms are so sore.

Did abs and back with the trainer today. HEs gone for a week so I am just doing cardio for the next week. Maybe some shoulder work.

Ate like shit today tho.

Rice Crispies in Skim Milk. Breakfast

Ham/Turkey slices and 3 taquitos. Lunch

Chicken Breast, corn and lowfat stuffing. Dinner.

I caved and had a small blizzard for desert.

I've eaten good for weeks and thought I deserved to treat myself. I'll do 5 miles at the track tomorrow.

Got down to 129. Six pounds down (I started in May), nine pounds left total, four more for June. I guess 4 is a lot in two weeks, I might only get another 2 or 3.
Not so bad. I'm not eating very well, but I have been going to the gym 3-4 days a week for the past month and a half. That's what's been doing it, I think. The gym.
All hail the gym.

*bump*

So how is everyone coming along? I'm doing well. I lost 2 lbs this week! :)

my fitday journal:

hip: 29 and 3/4 inches

lower thigh: 22 and 1/4 inches (1 inch difference)

waist: 36 (1/4 inch)

I've noticed a change in the fit of my clothes but I havent lost any pounds this week because I haven't been eating the best. But I haven't gained either.

I went on a hike today that on May 16 I couldn't have done because I would have had shin splits and been pooped by the bottom of the first hill. So I'm making major progress.

Today's food:

No breakfast, cause I woke up at 11am.

Lunch: turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread, plus some baby dill pickles.

Snack: banana

Dinner: about 4 oz. lean roast beef, mashed potatoes with a little gravy, some bell pepper strips, an an apricot

Snack: a few pieces of turkey lunch meat, plus a small handful of croutons.

Speaking of croutons! Here's a great tip if you love chips and stuff: eat a handful of croutons instead. A LOT less fat!

Hey all...

Well, it's been one month to the day from having Max and I am officially starting my diet. I gained 85 pounds total. I have already lost 35 pounds (mostly water weight from the preeclampsia and then the baby and all)... I now have 50 pounds to go.
I am supposed to wait another two weeks according to my nutritionist. BUT, my doctor has cleared and encouraged the weight loss program.

Wish me luck! I am going to start walking and swimming since I am banned from high impact exercise b/c of the knee and back. I never knew baby weight would be this hard to lose!
