If you're the one working it, you burn at least 400 calories during a decent round. I'm a feen and therfore burn about 2000 calories during one of my bouts.

Believe me, there's been numerous times where I've bburned that many calories in a day.....between working out, not eating and sex....it is totally feasible.

That video was not that bad.....Personally, I think she coulda been a little more raunchy in it. Then there's the fact that she gave horrible head in it. And towards the end he wasnt wearing her out. Only in the the begining did he slam it. I'm pissed that the lights werent on.
