Hope this helps :) |
Unfortunately my music ed major takes up too much time for me to even CONSIDER a minor.
THough mine probably would have been English or Theater. |
My minor was History.

I was a biology major for my first year and a half of college, and now I think I'm 1 class short of a biology minor, so I might as well take that one class and get the minor. Bleh. There's a reason I'm not a biology major any more, though. :p

My minor is in Business Managment...who wouldn't find that useful in any workplace.

my minor is in mathematics. its pretty inadvertent. i am an econ major. to get into a good graduate program i need at least one year of college calculus. and then on top of that most graduate programs say to be successful in their program it would be a good idea that i take liner algebra and differential equations. so i end up having to get a minor in math anyway....the math will be definently be useful for me in the future
i could get a second minor in polysci if i wanted too, i only need one more class, but i'd rather graduate this semester instead |
I minored in Entrepreneurial Studies. It was only 15 hours, and it will help if I do ever decide to go into a publishing business for myself or work from home doing Freelancing. I used to love telling people what my full degree was:
Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communications with an emphasis in Magazine, a Designated Area of Concentration in Contemporary Culture and a Minor in Entrepreneurial Studies. Whew! Unfortunately, my dream job of writing for InStyle or People has yet to be realized, and I fear never will be. Now I'm thinking of going back and either getting my Masters in Professional Journalism or getting my teaching licensure in Secondary Education--or both! I have no clue what I want to do with my career! |
Minor-English
I want to go to grad school and get a Master's in English. |
I was a music therapy major w/ no minor up until mid-March. Now I'm a general music major w/ a minor in psychology. And about 45 hours worth of classes that mean nothing now, curriculum-wise. I could already be halfway thru my masters now.
