FYI: 155 or 17% of the PNMs that participated in recruitment at UAL did not receive a bid.... Not as good as fellow SEC schools Auburn and MS State... but MUCH better statistics than UGA!

Oh, last year... 12/15 chapters at UAL made quota... One was very close, one was pretty close and one was not so close!!!!

It is so scary to think that the people who wrote some of that feedback and are poised to enter into top business and political positions will perpetuate these ideas for the rest of their lives. :(

I am so proud of my Epsilon Lambda sisters! As for calling us the worst house on campus - somebody is way too excited that they are Old Row...or pissed that they dropped this girl and aren't getting publicity now! :p

I don't know why I am still surprised at people making such tasteless and narrow-minded comments.

i was too...as someone who commented on the article...this is 2003, not 1902. even the nphc member had something negative to say about the situation. when will people grow and realize that dicrimination is not cool and that if you close your eyes you can't see the color of your skin, so who cares.

Add "nice" to that list, and you have the most important thing I learned in Rush that I can apply to real life.
