We also had chapters at University of Toronto (Zeta) and University of Manitoba (Kappa) which are inactive like McGill (Epsilon).

If an organization has chapters or groups in 2 different countries, then they are considered international

Delta Omicron is international - we have a few chapters in Korea, and possibly one in Canada, I'm not sure about that one. I am not sure when DO colonized in Korea though, I think sometime in the 70s or 80s.

Delta Zeta is international. I'm not sure when we chartered our first chapter in Canada. Maybe another DZ can chime in?

Ha, speaking of anthems, that reminds me of a story...

When i was at convention 2000 I was called to go speak to the Grand Archon. Wow! I was surprised...well she just wanted to ask me to sing the anthem. OMG! I cannot sing! I'm horrible and not only that, if i'm singing along with someone, I get outta tune easy...so of course I end up singing with the delegate from the other Can chapter, and she's like soprano, and I'm sooo not....so yeah, I ended up butchering my anthem in front of hundreds of phi sigs...

This year my friend was asked, she also is a bad singer...when they called her name to go up, she just didnt! lol...she didn't care tho, there was no way she was gonna sing in public like that....
