I think we all know the meaning of the word. However, the intent may have changed for some. I think the word "bitch" can be likened to the word "nigger." Nigger in itself is negative and offensive traditionally. However, many folk use the word today as a compliment to friend, home boy, etc. Likewise, the word bitch is likened to a strong woman, a soft man, or a smart ass. Ultimately, if all the my bitches and my niggers stop using the word we would be in a better place.

"Bitch" as an insult is so 90s. Today, the new fighting word is "c*nt".
