Part of a statement of cowardice... He won't argue that the SN creed is " " as he put it. It's an argument that I don't think he'll be able to win. Neither does he apparently.

Not to worry Fred. We know what you're going to think without you even saying it;)

In other words he's cowering from the beat down he's going to get in his statement that the SN creed is " "

I spoke in statement to THAT (and so did others) Fred.. I'm still waiting for some kind of explanation.

Please provide quotes and examples.

I need a good laugh.

It's like trying to have an intelligent argument with one of those pull-string dolls.

I have read nothing else in this thread except this post and not only does it stand alone, it applies to so much on here lol!

bwahaha. Applicable to a lot of threads, really, if you think about it.

For Beta Sigma Phi, ours is Diotima, however at the end of every meeting we say the mizpah..."May the Lord watch between me and thee while we are absent one from the other".

no patron saint

and wptw's posts once again prove that he is absolutely one of the most intelligent people on this board.

I refuse to be sucked into another site.

If you're going to make baseless accusations be prepared to back them up on the terms of the people that you accuse.

Until then (and probably after) I think you're completely full of isht.

You've already replied 3 times since your "last post" in this thread. So if you have something to say, say it. Otherwise admit that you had no clue what you were talking about and move on.

(yes, I know the likelihood of you doing either of those things is slim/none -- I'm just trying to point out a certain degree of hypocrisy).

>>>I'm not saying that Christianity is not a part of greek life<<

And the key here is that she is not saying. Not many members of GLO's are going to tell you what is in their ritual. That part of it aside you don't know what these organizations say privately to their sworn members or what is in the member's hearts.
"Judge not, that ye be not judged. Matthew 7:1"

>>>But God has done a miracle in allowing a current member to give some secret information. Many ex-members have given me their rituals, history books, pledge manuals, etc.<<<

I do not agree with you that God's hand was in someone telling you something they should not have told you (which remains to be seen anyway). As for "ex-members" (of what?) giving you rituals, history books, pledge manuals, etc. then SHAME ON THEM - if it happened, which also remains to be seen.

>>>If you or anyone else would like to talk peorsonally<<<

No thanks. I don't believe that either of us can convince the other to change their way of thinking. You lack the very thing that you really need to understand what being a member of a GLO really is about - and that is being a member. Since I AM both a Christian and a member of a GLO, I can understand both.

Alpha Theta Chi does not have a patron saint or god/goddess.

DeltaSigStan 03-31-2003 02:58 PM

This guy isn't even a greek? I understand people who aren't greek who are interested in knowing about them, or are legacys.

But cmon, you really have nothing metter to do than go on a message forum for a topic (greeks) you absolutely know nothing about, to preach your religious crap?

This is exactly why I'm not very religious (though I am a Christian). People who preach on about how others are wrong about the Word and how we're going to hell or are sinning. The religon I grew up with (Catholicism) did this and this moron is doing it too.

Believe what you wanna believe, but don't push your crap on us to get us to change our views, especially when it's just to cause a stir on a forum.

Fred has "denounced" his membership in a GLO. I believe he also holds the dubious distinction of being the first person banned from GC.
