I had some ideas growing up... but then I married a man with a really long last name. There aren't very many first names out there that go with it. I now want to give my kids short first names - I figure it will be enough torture for them to learn how to spell their last name :p But as to specific names, I'm undecided.

chyler (ki-ler) happy (happy is my best friend's middle name...and even though we've never had god-parents in my fam, she will be my child's god-mother)

isabelle renee

olivia lee (my mom's middle name is lee)

for boys:

simon andrew (simon is just cute!!!)

luke joseph (luke was one of my best friends from high school who passed away)

henry payton or david henry--either will go by henry (yes, ok, so i like the name henry! :) david, though, is a strong name on my dad's side)

i don't know why i even bother with girls' names, though.....i will only have boys. -sigh- goes back generations on my dad's side that the first born has girls, the second has boys (me!), and if there's a third, they have a boy and a girl. so....i have resigned myself to boys. ;)

Oh..the talks I and TKE209 have had about the "name subject"!! lol!!
