It allows men to have multiple orgasms. Yo have to tighten the keigal muscles as well as pracice having orgasms that don't result in ejaculation.

The model they use is masturbation before puberty. Boys can have orgasms but don't ejaculate nor have a refrectory period.

It has something to do with recognizing the "pulsing" of the orgasm. Its also crucial to control your breathing.

But yes you can have several orgasms and if you practice it long enough you can last as long as you want and the orgasms will increase in intensity.

As a caveat though, it will be real hard for a guy to have a "quickie" that results in orgasm.

I don't think girls can really handle it for a straight 20 mins. Thats why chicks get pissed off when a guy starts taking forever for do his deed. Some girls dont get pissed, others don't like going for more than 5-10 mins at a time. I usually time it pretty right, 7 minutes for each session which is usually followed by 3-5 sessions. If I'm really drunk it'll last from 2:30am to about 6:00am if my gf can stay awake that long. Now that I think about it, thats a lot of work....non-stop hard sex for 20 mins? I don't know anyone who wouldn't be worn out after that. The only time thats happened with me is on one of those nights after you're coming down from rollin all night. And by that time its most guys think its pointless to go for that long, if you havent had an orgasm by then...you're not gonna have one. I, on the other hand, just love having sex period. I'll go as long as she lets me.
