At Millersville, we have Charity King and Queen. Basically its whoever raises the most money for their charity wins the crowns. Alpha Xi Delta won it for the third straight year. We raised $15,000 for the Make A Wish foundation and are sending a Lancaster County boy to Florida to swim with the dolphins. I believe the Charity King was from our Student Senate.

One of my girlfriends who's an ADPi alumna of our UCF chapter told me that Kerri Kerr, an ADPi at UCF, won Homecoming Queen this year. Don't know who was crowned King, she didn't have that information, unfortunately.

??? Could you enlighten an ignorant Northerner?
Well, it's kind of hard to explain. The machine is a group of fraternities & sororities that influence campus (and state) politics in Alabama. If you do a board or an internet search, you'll find more about it.

At the University of Washington in Seattle, an Alpha Xi (our chapter president in fact) was crowned a homecoming princess! And the homecoming queen was a Kappa and the other princess was a DG--the greek ladies really represented on our campus!!

Greeks up for homecoming queen at Nebraska...

President of Kappa Kappa Gamma
Vice President of Chi Omega
Member of Chi O
A Delta Gamma
2 Alpha Phi's
2 Kappa Delta's
2 Gamma Phi's

Alpha Chi Omegas have won the past three years, so this will be a change from the past!

10 of 11 queen candidates are greek and 7 of 11 King candidates are Greek.

I'll let everyone know who wins on Saturday!

The Homecoming court this year at UF is made up of a Zeta, a Theta, and a PI PHI (our newly elected president)! We find out who is Queen at Gator Growl soon...I'm psyched!!:D

this year our homecoming queen was an AOTT, and king was in Alpha Phi Alpha. The court was 60% greek, including me.
I wonder how we will fare this year.

I remember that from last year. It was a change because ever since I've been attending school there, the Homecoming Queen has been African-American, and the past two or three queens were Deltas.

I'm mad because they don't have Student Org court anymore. I couldn't represent as Miss Gamma Sigma Sigma like I did before!

I think the court's going to be all-greek again. Sadly, a lot of GDI's don't take that much of an interest in Homecoming :(
Hopefully this year that will change.

The vice president of Chi Omega was elected Homecoming Queen for 2002.

A football player was selected as King

Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama had five women on their Homecoming Court. Out of those five, one was in Alpha Chi Omega, one Alpha Delta Pi, and one Alpha Omicron Pi. I do not know about the two others. I also did not hear of the results for queen.

at Ohio University we don't have homecoming court or a Miss Ou or anything. we do have the Mr "Universe"ity pagant in the winter sponsored by Phi Mu and AOII though, and last year's winner was a FIJI, kililng the Lamda Chi streak of 3 years.

I knew all the girls running for homecoming. An AGD won it... All of the others but 2 were Greek. It was a tight race won by only 10 votes. The winner this year is very deserving. A very nice and very active lady.
