HC putting frozen things on cookie sheets and firing up my George Foreman grill is just about all I do when it comes to cooking?
HC my boyfriend decided he was going to barbecue yesterday? HC his roommate did macaroni and beans? HC I felt like I should contribute something? HC I made my first potato salad yesterday? HC I called my grandmother about 3 times to make sure I was doing it right? HC I think I got on her nerves, but that's okay? HC it turned out better than I expected, but not as good as my mama's? HC boys will eat almost anything so they thought it was great? HC I'ma work on it, though? HC let me tell y'all about these kids at my (1st) job. HC this girl came up to me today and said this little boy called her a "Mexican Taco"? HC don't even ask me, because I don't know? HC she was like, "I'm not even Mexican." HC she proceeded to say, "I told him I was PROUD to be black!!" HC SHE IS WHITE? HC she said she WISHED she was black? HC it took all I had not to crack up in her face? |

HC went to the hairdresser and left a foot of hair on the floor? HC I cut my below the shoulders hair to just barely touching my ears? HC I love it? HC it is soooo cute on me? HC I dayum near had to threaten my hairdresser to get her to do it? HC I told her if she didn't do it then I would? HC other women in the shop were saying 'look at her cutting off all that pretty hair'? HC some of them were wincing and making faces like it hurt them to watch? HC don't watch then? HC black women have this fear about cutting off their hair? HC I overcame that today? HC before I always left my hair long enough to have a ponytail? HC I would look ridiculous with a ponytail now? HC I am gald that I did it? HC I am living Nappily Ever After? HC I liked that book? HC has anyone else read it? HC now I need some styling tips? HC I have never had hair this short before? HC I need my GC peeps with short 'dos to hit me up on a pm so we can talk about some thangs? |

I've finally read "The Coldest Winter Ever?" I was like :eek: :o and :cool: and :mad:? I didn't like the ending though? I know someone had a thread about it? it could have been @ DST? I'm off to read Soror's "My Brother's Keeper"? I'm waiting for E.Lynn's book release? the summer is the only time I have for book reading? :cool: |

it is sooooo important that what you speak or type is accurate? it only takes a minute, or 2 or 3 to reSEARCH and get the most accurate information? I would suggest that everyone would reSEARCH? If I am going to make accusations, I am going to make sure that my accusations (every part of it) will hold water and are like I say they are? boooooooooo? |
