But, I also love: Sex on the Beach Margaritas |
My cousin in colorado just called me up to tease me about her pitcher full of cosmos right now. grrr so needing one.
I also love: Long Island Ice Teas (gotta give love back to my roots) Sex on the Beach Margaritas Had this great drink in Vegas @ the Rio called Parrot Passions...can't taste a drop of the alcohol (which i think was close to pina colada ingredients) which made it SOOO delicious. |
The Applebees Bananna Berry drink thing. OMG it's awesome! Also there is this rum runner at this bar by my house in Ft. Meyers that is amazing but leaves you off your butt b/c they put a shot of 151 into the straw!!!

We've had rum runners at spring break back in 95, and let's just say that those things will knock you flat on your ass before you know it :)

My Beer of Choice is Corona. I also love Peach Margaritas.
I had the best drink when I went to Spain it was with this Liqour called Cuarenta y Tres. We mised it with Fanta Limon. It was really good. |

Plus it sounds cool to say, "we're going Scorpion Bowling at Maluken." One caveat - they cost between 14-18 dollars per bowl . . . so you pay to play, but holy jesus is it worth it. It's definitely a staple of our house - I'm not sure if it's just a Boston thing, but I'd seek it out. Other names include "Volcano Bowls" and stuff like that. |

Here's the thing though...When we went to this sushi place, they totally turned us down for saki bombing and had no idea what it was, but definitely (and rightly) knew it would be messy. So we had to find a really reeeeeally crappy place and then do it...I don't know if the guy will know what I'm even talking about, but this is going to be brought up.
How big are the bowls? Are we talking like a soup bowl or some giant 2 foot diameter bad boy? And how many people usually to a bowl? And are there games you do with it or what? With saki it's timed and we use chopsticks to hold the shot glasses up which fall when you slam the table...hence the mess. -Rudey --I like you...but that doesn't mean I want you to wink at me or touch me. The bowls are usually about as big as a salad bowl (best comparison I could make). You could take a bowl for yourself, a bowl and a half will probably do you in for the night.
I can't think of any games we play with them - usually just get a bunch of people together for a different type of drinking experience. Collin |
