I loved this show soooo much!!!!! My favorite episopde is the Dewayne and Whitley marriage. Oh! I can't forget the episode when Kim was pledging under Whitley:D ...to funny!!!

I love any episode where Whitley purposely screwed up Kenu's name. (Kanoe, keyomi, etc)

I also liked the dorm step off episode. Freddie had no coordination, it was ridiculous.

Oh yes!!! Seriously, these are definitely my favs. Just reading these made me lmao!

I LOVE those episodes too!! My boo has a friend and her name is Tyronisha. I LOATHE her. Here are some of the names I have called her:

Kisha
Kee Kee

Nee Nee

and it is soooo funny to see the look on her face when I call her erthang BUT her name. :p

The episode where Dwayne busts in on the wedding and Whitley's mother screams out "Die, just Die!" :D

I like when Whitley is visited by the Christmas ghosts....and the one where that guy forced himself on Freddie and Dwayne came to her rescue, that was some powerful stuff. I also enjoyed the one where Whitley couldn't talk for 24 hours and when it was over she said hello to everything in the room.....

"HELLO SOFA! HELLO LAMP! HELLO FAUCET!"

If anyone is in the greater DC area, double episodes are on UPN at 3 pm. I'm a SAH mom and my little one naps at that time....

Not having gone to an HBCU, I found DW an interesting show and always wondered about the accuracy of the portrayals. Judging from the posts I read about it in this thread, I guess it was on target for the most part.

I know this is an old thread, but I just had to post my favorite episodes from my favorite show:

"Homey, Dontcha Know Me"--when Tupac and Monica Calhoun (Player's Club, The Best Man) were on there

"Love Taps"-- When Gina and 'I'm Down" (Deon) had domestic issues

"If I Should Die Before I Wake"--Tisha Campbell as Josie, a student living with AIDS

"A Stepping Stone"--Gilbert Hall vs. Libby Hall ("Y'all can have that one. We don't need it.") Too funny!

"It Happened One Night"--When Kim thought she might be pregnant.

The episode when Whitley turns 21. I don't know if y'all know this, but when that episode was taped, Denzel Washington was on the set watching--unbeknownst to Jasmine Guy ("Know what wine does to me, Denzel? It makes me hot!!"). Way funny!

"When One Door Closes..." The final episode. Whitley and Dwayne leave Hillmantown, off to a different world ("I am pregnant--touchdown!)

There are so many more, I can't name them all--post Denise. Oh, wait a minute. There is one Denise episone I liked--"Rudy and the Snow Queen (Rudy comes to visit and takes and liking to Whitley)

Favorite Character: Whitley Marion Gilbert-Wayne
Least Favorite Character: Kinu (Kinusabi, Kukalee, Kiladada)

I even like the spin Boyz II Men put on the theme song for the last season. I'd sure like to see a reunion show.
