LOL. The same for our local collegiate chapter. Except some girl would always "forget" and exit through a side door at 12:45am. When I was the house mom there, I would have to get up to go investigate. I'd find a bunch of girls in the living room studying and I'd ask what's going on. They would never cop to having seen anyone go out the door (didn't want to rat a sister out?). Since they "didn't know" why the alarm was going off, I'd have to walk the entire house to make sure that there wasn't really an intruder. :rolleyes:

We had numbered key pads as well and our HC was pretty crazy about making sure we didn't prop doors.

My collegiate chapter's current home has a fingerprint recognition system on all doors.

As a new member of my chapter's House Corporation Board, I appreciate that this thread dedicated to house security exists. I realize that it is seven years old, but the information is still valuable.
