The SMU Pi Phi poem
 

The golden arrow pointing high
Is our cherished badge of Pi Beta Phi
With pendant chain and Greek letters
It symbolizes happiness that has no fetters
Pledges wear the Greek Beta and arrowhead of gold
To symbolize the rare experiences in pledgeship that they hold
All actives once were and pledges still are so
Very, very eager to see their arrowhead grow.

It seems doubtful, as A&M didn't even admit women until 1963. Wouldn't you love to have a video of some of those skits?

Love the formal dresses. And everyone looks so glamorous, with all of those short hair styles!

I wondered if First Lady Laura Bush might have been in those Theta photos, but these predate her by a few years. She graduated in 1968 (ain't google handy?).
