I have claimed sickness and whatnot when I didn't feel like going to chapter meeting and I am just fine in my sorority standing.
I would never do this on the first meeting though at least go to like three or four before you start skipping.

Guess what? You think you are just fine in your sorority standing. Not in your sisters' eyes, you're not. Do you truly think people can't see you for what you are?

What she truly is is a reincarnated troll.

Hello,
I mentioned my social probation in my other post because it contributed to that topic, however it was not needed in this topic. I am on social probation but not for missing meetings, but for not going to other events (hence, going MIA) our sorority does not kick you out for being on Social Prob. obviously the other girls may get upset but oh well.

1) Meeting or event, it's all the same. If your chapter makes it a priority, it's something you should be present for.
2) Glad to see you have so much respect for your sisters that you can't be bothered to show up even if it hurts them.
3) Take your bad advice elsewhere.

1) If you say in one post that you're in good standing, and in another you say you're on probation (of any kind) people will call you out on it. You weren't specific about anything, so yea.. It sounded inconsistent.

2) You don't want to go to ANY sorority events.. So why aren't you dropping?

3) If your sorority doesnt kick you out for being on social probation (which I agree, isn't a reason to make you leave), I hope they kick you out for not showing up to anything... If for no other reason than to make room for another young woman who desperately wants to be in your place.
