In Abu Dhabi, the only story line that was really picked up was Carrie's conflict and that was done so in an unsatisfactory way. Then they turn around and wrap it up in a neat little bow at the end, as though they did anything at all with these issues.

The women did look haggard, and I couldn't figure out why. There are ways, technical ways, to fix those flaws (to soften and stuff) but for some reason they weren't. I didn't get it.

exactly what was in my head.

LOL. I had originally put Russian and called myself correcting myself. :) He was Russian in Paris. Thanks. I now remember that Carrie wanted her body massager (or body waxer) to teach her some Russian words.

This episode is on now. :)

For the record, she was waxing her woman region in preparation for intimacy with Petrovsky.

No matter how much I see these episodes (and damn near have the dialogue memorized like I have the movie :)), I still can't pass up SATC.

It's funny--I feel like whenever I mention an episode to someone, it comes on that day or a few days later.

I really need to go on and get the Complete Series DVD set. It's so much less expensive than it was when it came out. Watching it on TBS is fine, but sometimes entire storylines are cut out...:(
