It sounds like you're at my alma mater. My sorority is no longer on campus, but I have a soft spot for Phi Sig and the other sorority from the days when there were just three of us and the total number of women in all sororities was probably fewer than the size of quota today. Sure, we had our rivalries, but we also had a common bond of being strangely not-so-visible on a campus with a thriving fraternity culture. Anyhow, I recently found out that a Phi Sig from my day is now the head of a state's tourism board, and I felt about as thrilled as if she'd been from my chapter. Another Phi Sig from those days is a prominent sports journalist.
Phi Sig has a really good history at our school. They won the outstanding-sorority award many times in the '80s and '90s, and the award itself is named for a Phi Sig advisor who was very devoted to your chapter and a real friend to work with. I remember those long nights of matching bids by hand!
So, congratulations! I hope you stick around, because this is a good site from which to glean info for helping your chapter, big or small. I wish I'd known, back when I was an advisor, some of the things I've picked up here.
