No, I think that most schools have recruitment after classes start. Mine did, as do all of the schools in my state.

Yay for an Ohio school. I have alot of OU sorority alumnae friends, and always debated over which school had the better/crazier Halloween, lol.

Not "rushing" per say because NPHC don't have Rush. But I will be attending Informational in the Spring. Me mucho excitedo-o. Like if I don't find something else to think about my head with detach itself from my body, smiling all hard.

My son's fraternity is handing out bids (to most of the guys) this weekend. So, their rush is pretty much over - and boy, is my son happy!

He is soooo tired of drinking every night! (never thought I'd see the day :rolleyes:)

haha! That's how I felt a couple of years ago when I did my son's rush story, it is DEFINITELY not like sorority rush, that's for sure!

He thinks it's pretty funny that I post on here, but he got over me telling his story :)

I just got back from recruitment, where I went Delta Delta Delta! I'm thrilled! I may write up a recruitment story, but it will have to be in a week or two after I settle.

Congrats, I'm going to assume you're at Ok State since they are the only school with recruitment this early, lol.

Thanks! I'm very excited to a part of such a great greek system.

I'll admit than I am, which is why I'm reluctant to post a recruitment story. I'd certainly have to create a separate account, wait several weeks, and be deliberately vague so as not to make it completely obvious. However, I know that even with those precautions I would have to speak with tact since my university can be easily discerned by the attentive reader.
