Yes sir. It sits on the shelf in my closet as a constant reminder of why I love Kappa.

Yup, me too. Everytime I look at mine, I think about a certain time and a certain place.

When I travel, I'll bring it as a gift to another line........BUT they better have something new to bring back home to my chapter. I also passed down my Neo kane to my Ism at LA Alumni. He has to pass it down to every Neo #4 that they have. 20 years from now, I should be able to go to LA Alumni and ask for the New #4 and See my Kane.

I like this Phi.:) This reminds me of the letterman jacket, and cardigan collegiate sweater I left at DZ shortly before I graduated. They both had been handed down, for 6 years. I'm not sure what ended up happening to them, but I tried to keep them in the chapter.

I like what you posted a lot though. That's good stuff.

Passing items that mean something to you is deep. I exactly felt sad but I reminded myself that it's going somewhere with a purpose.

I love that. I hadn't thought to leave anything until my younger brother showed some remote interest in KAPSI. I decided if he was ever fortunate enough to join this Noble Klan I would pass down my Neo Kane to him and he could do the same.

This makes me think about the time a few years ago, one of my KL SONS krossed into the BOND, and I handed down my red KUSTOM MADE Ralph Lauren polo cap (with the white horse on the front and hand stitched YO intitials on the back)...clearly I miss it...lol!

When I was in undergrad, I did this with a grey Ralph sweatshirt. The horse was red, so I had red KAY letters stitched on it. I would wear that with matching grey sweats. It looked like a KAY sweat suit that came that way. It was nice.

That brings me to another thought....If you had/have a sibling kross the burning sandz, how involved would you or were you in the process?

If you're looking for a finished jacket, then I say www.stuff4greeks.com. For a plain jacket that you can take anything to have finished, www.collegecrib.com. They provide the K A Psi on the right and the coat of arms and year on the left.
