As for the arrest, anybody know what drugs it was? Herd that Alaska is the Crystal Meth capital of the US.

I never thought a wedding was going to happen either. I am also surprised that she didn't suddenly "lose" the baby. I say that because I always wondered if she was really pregnant since they mainly revealed her pregnancy to head off the rumors that Trig was actually Bristol's baby and not Palin's.

Or to be clearererer for you...THE DIL IS NOT THE ONE WITH THE LEGAL TROUBLE.

It's Bristol Palin's (the daughter in law) boyfriend's mother (also known as the possibly future mother in law)

got it?

SWTXBelle is saying the DAUGHTER'S in-law's. Not daughter-in-law. As in, Bristol Palin's in-laws.

Two people have posted that. She was using the possessive. Stop repeating something when it's obvious you're not looking closely at the post.

Actually in the political world, that kind of thing does reflect...whether it should or not. It really doesn't matter if they are trying to bring the in-law or offending party into the administration in a meaningful way. I think the general attitude is that politicians are guilty by association.

Yea I agree that the general attitude is 'guilty by association'.

I can't find anything that will say what drugs she is accused of dealing with.

And I agree that I had the same feeling that the 'wedding' was purely a PR move.

'Yea, my daughter is preggers, but she's gonna marry him, so that makes it OK!"

You know just because you delete a post when you're blatantly wrong and hypocritical doesn't mean that someone else didn't quote that post so that we can all see it. Thanks alphagamzetagam!

Ummm...ok and...?

That was the reason WHY I deleted the post.

pssst.....I deleted it AFTER she called it out or maybe you didn't note that in your critical assessment of my wrongness. If I had deleted it before she quoted it, then perhaps she wouldn't have been able to do so now would she, hmmm?

I can't believe you wasted all that breath to point out that I deleted my post after the fact.

Anything else?

Wanna talk to the topic of the thread itself ?

No?

Happy Holidays!

I just saw a seagull get hit by a car.

Is that irrelevant enough for you, DS? Teach me how to make stupid, unrelated posts.

Just couldn't resist, huh?

You are right on time buddy...even a broke clock is right twice a day.

You need no education, just your post alone shows how educated you are not.

When you are ready to discuss the topic at hand, drop a line.

I was pleased to find that I only spent $100 total on this month's groceries and lunch at Whole Foods today. I was even able to sneak in some nonnecessities like dried apricot snacks and dark chocolate bars. Health food junkies unite!!!

Now off to the gym in this cold weather.

This isn't the wrong thread.

Stop trying to sound super duper smart. Pssst obviously you deleted it after she quoted it or else she wouldn't have been able to quote it jack. There is no "perhaps she wouldn't have been able to" blah blah.

I didn't waste breath. Typing hardly takes breath.

Nothing else.

Nope don't feel like contributing.

I'm sorry I caused so much drama? Or... you're welcome for quoting the post? I'm not understanding wth is going on here.

About Palin, and her daughter, and her possible future mother-in-law - at the end of the day I'm not really surprised about the arrest and whatnot because, well, this may come off as harsh but the whole family strikes me as a little trashy. But - I'm from a trashy little town, too, and you see this type of crap all the time.

I guess it's just as well that Palin's not going to be in the White House. But - these things happen. Especially in small towns.

It's all good, you know we thrive on drama 'round here...what else is new?

Anywho...but moving on, tho, I really wonder how Palin's family feels about a possible union with the charges now pending and really how much she might have known if she knew...or even if Todd knew or worse yet if any of the kids knew but didn't want to rock the boat.

Palin just struck me as a staunch supporter of making sure that Levi and Bristol did the honorable thing considering right after we heard that Bristol was pregnant, Palin in less than a week tells us that she expected them to wed.

But knowing this and how it may affect her political career 9and considering her sister has an abusive hubby too) it's almost a damned if you do damned if you don't proposition.

So now, one can only wonder.

**mumblin'** and you aint sorry....heheheheh!!

Hey - I can't help it you didn't understand a post! Just trying to help. :D

The abusive thing doesn't surprise me, either. I'm telling you, sometimes you go so far down the trashy train that drug abuse, teen pregnancy, shotgun weddings, and abusive relationships are almost unavoidable.

But, of course, I don't live in Wasilla. I can only compare what it sounds like to what I've seen in my travels.

Well thank you for setting a guy straight!

That reminds me...did she have the baby this weekend or what?
