Besides, what other type of transportation does one take from Alaska, a kayak? I can remember seeing more than one picture of a private jet used by a former senator from Illinois.

Well, they do have commercial flights, too. Oh, and then there's that thing called a car...

What's y'all's take on the probability/chance that "candidate #5" is THE Reverend Jesse Jackson Jr.'s son?

Yikes, it's like a movie script - I bet Oliver Stone will be directing ;)

I cannot stand Rod Blagojevich. I'm from Illinois and have met him on a few different occasions, and something about him has always rubbed me the wrong way. Not to mention he's a total creeper.
That's how I feel about Rick Perry. I met him years ago and he totally creeped me out with the "invasion of private space" issue. EWWW. He was RR Commissioner at the time, I can't believe he is our governor!!

Jackson acknowledged yesterday that he is Candidate #5, so I'll go with 100% probability. :D

He also said he made no offers to the Gov.

Yes I read the thread, and the criminal complaint? The response still stands. What is your point?

Just FYI -- by definition, a rhetorical question is one to which no response is expected. ;)

Driving, from Alaska to DC? Seriously? Flying would actually be cheaper. How about the politicos from Hawaii? Should they be driving, too? Or maybe a boat to mainland, and then driving?

I'm going to stand by my statement that most people involved in politics would consider private transportation part of the perks of the job.

One day he toured our facilities at work, and while we were all in there working at the computer, he came up behind my best friend and proceeded to give her a shoulder massage (we took pictures inconspiculously and hung them at her desk the next day). He then invited us all over to his mansion for a soiree that night. Just a tad creepy...

Is she hot?

Has the FBI denied that Obama or any of his people were on the wiretaps?
