I wonder why is he delaying? I thought he wanted out?

I also read today that Jon has filed to have the divorce delayed 90 days.

On CNN.com they also said that there might be a show that's just Kate, no kids. Or something like that.

I've never seen the show, but wasn't it a hit because of the kids? Or do people really care about the parents?

Yeah supposedly it's gonna be a show about Kate exploring "other interests." At least that is what it says on the link KappaMD posted. Who knows, i'm not interested in seeing any other show about Kate or Jon.

I rather the show be "Cara plus 7" or something like that, cause I just like watching the kids. And even then i can do without Maddie.

Seriously, I do not want to watch Kate date. Pass, please.

The kids are adorable but I don't think I'll still be watching. Cute kids don't make up for my disdain for Kate.

Yea, that's what I figured. I only know about these people because of their divorce. Neither one of them seem interesting at all.

But people will still watch reality shows, so I'm sure it'll be a TV favorite

I like this! Poor Cara! She seems like such a quiet, Daddy's girl. I worry about her! (I know, these people are not my real friends. I need to worry about people who are actually in my life :) )

Regarding Jon's delay - I am guessing Jon has seen the terms of the divorce agreement and he is not happy!! I am also wondering whose decision it was to boot Jon off the show. That is probably cutting into his bachelor fun.

TLC has released a statement:

"We are aware of Jon Gosselin's recent statements, and remain deeply disappointed at his continued erratic behavior. He and the family were shooting as recently as last Friday, without incident, and his latest comments are grossly inaccurate, without merit and are clearly opportunistic," TLC said in a statement to PEOPLE. "Despite Jon Gosselin's repeated self destructive and unprofessional actions, he remains under an exclusive contract with TLC. Direct filming of the children has been currently suspended, pending further conversations between both parents."

I think it's funny that People calls the situation the equivalent of "that kid who threatened to take his ball and go home if he didn't get picked for the team."

I wonder if any man in his right mind would want to date her. Yeah, she might have a lot of money, but she seems like a ballbuster.

"repeated self destructive and unprofessional actions"??? Hello TLC this is the reality that is born from "reality" shows. Are they really trying to control people's lives?

And I'm sorry but this type of activity happens in real, unfilmed families whether there are children or not. TLC is just pissed that they found, and possibly ruined, the not-so-perfect family. Really though, who's family IS perfect?

Funny as in you agree with their analogy, or funny because you think it's way off base?

I actually kind of agree with their analogy. From everything I have read, it does seem that Jon wants it to end because he won't be in it. If he's cut that means his paycheck (i.e. the money he uses to spend on Ed Hardy Tshirts) will go away and he'd actually *gasp* have to get a real job.

This whole cease-and-desist order is not because he's trying to look out for his family, he just wants his cut, and if he can't get it, no one's gonna get it.

Funny because that's probably exactly what's happening.

I mean, if the cease-and-desist was about the welfare of the kids or something like that, then I would think that he would have pulled this a long time ago (like back when he and Kate started talking divorce).

This is clearly about money. It happened too quickly for it not to be. TLC says that he and the kids were just happily taping like a week ago.
