I did Austin this past Friday. Went to the Sugarland / Dierks Bentley / Kenny Chesney concert then hit up 6th street. Fun times! That was a REALLY good show!!

I'll be back in Austin Wednesday - Friday of this week for a work-related seminar. Yay for me! :rolleyes:

I'll then be in San Antone Friday - Sunday for St. Mary's Homecoming. Yay for seeing sorority sisters!! :D (And Andy, hopefully we will get to meet up!)

I'll be back on my feet by then and ready to drink.

I'll be at the Kenny show in Omaha on thursday night...got better seats than I would of at the erwin center :)

Well I had AWESOME seats! They were first row in the section right next to the stage. We were about 50 feet from the stage and had the best view, I would say. Ahhh! Yay for Fan Club seating! :)

Is anyone here involved with a San Antonio panhellenic alumnae group? I'd like to get involved once I move.

So I went to the Randy Rogers Band, Sara Evans, and Brad Paisley concert last night here in Corpus. I'd never seen Randy Rogers in concert before but I really enjoyed the show! Of course Sara Evans & Brad Paisley put on an excellent show!

I am going to DFW area in a couple of months and am looking for tips on where to go / what to see / what to do. I posted a thread in Chit Chat hoping to get some help. My fellow Texas, please help me!

Go to the stockyard and more upscale parts of Fort Worth. Lot of fun. Dallas....stay in the Highland/University Park area around SMU. Very nice, great food, good bars. I noticed in the other thread you said something about spending time in Plano/Richardson? Don't.

The person I am going to DFW with used to work for both Plano and Richardson Police Departments, which is why we are going out those ways. Why do you suggest I don't head out that way? I'm curious since I don't know DWF at all.

There is just not that much to do.
