I really don't agree that he has had excellent & consistent weeks. I could not have been more repulsed at his song choice this week. Its bad when Mr AXO (who could not care less about any of this, but just happens to be folding laundry with me while I was watching it) says that he screwed the song up (not to mention the "help" from the lighting & camera angles -- boy, did they make him look like a rocker for his little teeny boppers at home).

I think he looks gross & greasy - more so each week. The gaining weight thing isn't helping it, as it adds more to the look of Classic Chester, Chester - Child Molestor images. And the bedroom eyes are just down right spooky to me. I wouldn't let my teenage daughter (if I had one that is) near the TV with that thing looking at her :cool:

Anyway, I'm not trying to start anything -- I just think he is so weird and not talented (see my post back near the start of this thing when I said "uh - no" before I even knew he'd make the finals). I just don't like him -- and I don't see him selling much except maybe chili-flavored Fritos or something :p

The question came up at work today, because everybody here tried to vote for Nadia and got busy signals and were then surprised that she was gone cuz they sure couldn't get through...

If you make the call and DON'T hang up, would it tie up that line? What if a bunch of people did that and blocked votes from getting in? Do all text messages from cell phones get in or can you get busy signals on that too? Since we're all old ladies who aren't into this text messaging craze, perhaps the people WE like won't get as many votes only because the phone lines are busy?

i believe that it automatically disconnects after several seconds, just like any other call. and no, you can always get a text message through. sounds like a great idea if it would work though!

Actually that's what some would call a conspiracy.

Bottom line... I think the producers wanted Nadia gone. Don't know why, but they did, so they got rid of her, plain and simple. I've lost hope in the AI "voting" system. No one's numbers are tallied correctly. The producers just open phone lines but then pick who they want to go home. Sucks... but yeah thats probably what's happening.

Seriously, if y'all have TIVO or something, check it out. He was definitely wearing eyeliner...and it wasn't subtle eyeliner- it was full out "I'm trying to be punk" eyeliner.

Anyway, nobody did horrible tonight which is a first. I love Vonzell and would like if she could win but I doubt she will.
