I hate to cast aspersions on my sisters, but I'm not sure that someone wasn't drunk when submitting that Kappa list, LOL. With the "initiates" terminology along with the absolute absence of a discernible order to the list, I just shook my head. AOII had a nice alphabetical list. (HQ has to approve any requests to initiate prior to six weeks of the new member term, so while it is POSSIBLE that they are already initiates, it is not PROBABLE, IMO.)

I've seen other groups with the names out of alphabetical order in the past. So that didn't really bother me as much calling them initiates.

I like alphabetical. It's just an OCD thing. LOL.

I laughed out loud when I read today's posts. I HOPE it's not the bid order as the 2 girls I knew were listed at the end! Yikes. Not being alphabetical bothered me too!

I understand the confusion. You see, we recruited all snowflakes (we know this because we have notes from their moms). Since 100% retention is therefore an absolute certainty, calling them initiates was completely intentional and in no way a misteak or errer of any kind.
