Jordan is too big to be an American Idol. She needs to diet. I think she would kick the chit of Peter Petrelli.

The show last night was completely geared to have Jordin win. :rolleyes: AI is really becoming boring. These contestants have no personality and do nothing for me. *shrugs* Maybe next year? I hope so or I'll have to find something else to watch.

Is it me or did Bette do a really shitty job with one of her most favorite songs? And wow, the plastic surgery she must have had. The skin on her face is SO tight.

LMAO at Jerry Springer being there - they cut to him when she finished (think it was him) and he was all teared up.

I just saw that and it made me laugh....AI sucked for me this season also...:(

Eh, I think Blake should have won...I'd be more adpt to keep him on the radio than Jordin. He's just more unique. Jordin sounds similar to all the other "girl" artists out there.

This season was kinda a dud.

With all the songwriting talent they can pull from, why is the "winning" song always such total, utter, dentist office elevator crap?

Because America wants to hear "A Moment Like This Is My Now Inside Your Heaven" of course! :eek:

I'm so very happy that Jordin won. I personally think that she is an amazing singer! And she has such a great talent at a very young age. I think she will do pretty well. I'm still shocked that Blake made it to the finals. C'mon, let's face it...he just beatboxed his way to the top.

Some of us like the beatboxing.

I liked him because he wasn't your typical AI contestant and he stepped out of the whole "what AIs should sound like" stereotype. If this season was filled with a bunch of Jordins and Melindas I probably wouldn't have watched it at all.

Just pray that Jordin doesn't end up in the AI Graveyard. Um, I mean Broadway. There are so many artists out there who sound just like her and are as talented as she as and I don't really see her out there for too long. Two hit songs on the Adult Contemporary radio station, and that's it.

Blake, I hope you sell more records than all AIs combined!
