Explain to me why it is that you came all the way to my office to explain a procedure to me when I'm the one who sent you the email explaining the process in the first place. You're going to act like you discovered the procedure and you need to educate me? It makes no sense.

I'm sorry that you are being called out on shit, but seriously there are rules and you have to follow them. There is this wonderful thing called "mandated reporting", you can't decide what gets reported and what doesn't if a teacher reports to you. Also, the super fabulous IEP's MUST be IMPLEMENTED in their entirety! You do not get to question them, nor do you get to allow teachers not to follow them. As AP YOU MUST enforce them and I'm sorry that you have decided that you don't want to do that.
It is not my job, as a teacher, to do your job as the AP. There is no reason for you to be taking shit out on me. Pull the stick out of your ass.

Now I remember why I hate working here. I tend to forget when the boss is out of town for a few days, and I'm not being micromanaged and expected in turn to micromanage every tiny aspect of this business. There are things that go on in this office that are not only not my problem, but I don't care to make them my problem. Go micromanage those people who's work you're asking about, and leave me alone.
