When this thread was first created, Mizzou was indeed Big 12. They made the jump in 2012, as did Texas A&M.
Nebraska is in the Big 10 (B1G) now as well. The OP doesn't always get edited.

I've read the entire thread and haven't seen Northeastern mentioned anywhere. I know Northwestern is a school that certainly requires recommendations but Chicago and Boston are very different.

I've never heard Northeastern to require reqs. Helpful...maybe to jog the memory of a current member or if they pair the PNM with an active of similar interests, but not required.

Check that capitalization and verb agreement.
But also: not entirely accurate since not all the chapters on the FSU campus require the letter writer to be an alumna of the organization.
And also: "minimally" is debatable.
