Not to devolve into the whole RFM thing, but unless IU has yet another squirrely rule, quota additions can go to girls who maximize their options, and QA is done and gone by now. But a chapter can issue a snap bid to any joe blow on the street if they want. NPC can't interfere or prevent a chapter from achieving quota or total.
But that being said, I don't know if any sororities are snapping right now or if they will need to tomorrow. With RFM getting more and more refined over time, and with this weird rush in particular, it is very possible that while some great gals went bidless one or some sororities could have missed quota. Simply because they weren't allowed to invite enough girls to preference. |
