But I think either Harry or Voldemort's got to die by book 7. If it's Harry, then that's it (I don't think so though). If it's Lord V, then he's got nothing to worry about, nothing to keep him in that house? Ooooh, what do you think Harry will grow up to be if he lives, d'you think he'll really become an Auror, or will he just teach DAtDA at Hogwarts? Or do both, like Mad-Eye?

I finally figured it out thanks to help from the Godrics Hollow website.

The stick things are leaves of grass. Just click on the Extra Stuff coffee mug & the grass is hidden behind paper. Just keep looking. You get a drawing of Peeves that she made.

Also, if you type in the numbers that form P-E-E-V-E-S (7-3-3-8-3-7) & you get another surprise. A drawing of Nearly Headless Nick.

Yeah, Harry Potter for Grown Ups is a yahoo group where they discuss the books in great detail. People write huge essays all the time. It's really fascinating, but since the last book there are just too many posts for me to keep up. Something like 150 a day. You should see it after a book comes out, it's something like 1000 posts a day.

My bookstore just got the first shipment in of HP6 on Wednesday. I'm excited...

I just preordered my book today. Here's to hoping that even though I just now preordered, that it will get to me on the day it is released!!

It will, the preorders don't stop till the 10th-13th or so.

In the paper (couple weeks old, sorry) Rowling says that she's definitely going to kill off more characters and that the mirror Sirius gave Harry will be significant in the last 2 books (and Sirius may not really be dead). What do you guys think, who's going to die (besides Harry and Lord V)? Do you think one of the good guys will go evil? Who? I think Malfoy's dad might die, he'll get in just a bit too deep and when V goes down, so will he. He's already in Azkaban, but he's bound to break out, that's just how it is.

The new paper came out today with all the answers to the questions. So many people think Dumbledore will die! Also, they think Sirius is not dead and the mirror will be useful in bringing him back. Remember when Luna alluded to the fact that she knew what was behind the veil? Why did Harry ask her so he could get serious back?!?!?! She was talking about he'd see him again one day, how all those people were just behind the veil but not gone...

I'm still trying to convince the boyfriend to go with me to the pre-release party.

Did anyone see the back cover of the book already? We know that the front has Harry & Dumbledore looking at the Pensieve but the back cover has Ron, Hermione, and two others who might be Ginny and some boy (it's hard to tell) and they are staring at the Dark Mark in the sky. It looks great! :D

As for the mirror, it might be helpful between Ron & Harry or Lupin & Harry. I don't think we'll be seeing Sirius again but I do hope I'm wrong on that count.

I could have sworn that JKR has said that Sirius is truly dead. Maybe I'm confusing her with Dumbledore and Lupin. :)

At the end of OotP, Nearly Headless Nick tells Harry that Sirius can't come back because he's chosen to move on and not stay on earth as a ghost.
