There was a Deborah Davisson Phelps that attended Fairmont State College (Beta Chi chapter of Phi Mu) ! If it's not her, it's a big coincidence!

It is her. I posted somewhere back that she was a Phi Mu in WVa.

I know I was just confirming it b/c you only said that you'd heard a rumor. But I went to look it up.
