According to Dustin's site, Mimi stopped Belle and Shawn because they weren't being safe at all...basically, it was for their own good, not because Mimi's into Shawn...I think she's given up on him.

About Chloe and Brady. Nadia Bjorlin is a trained singer, and so is Kyle Lowder (Brady). I *think* he's appeared on Broadway musicals and made a few guest appearances on some CDs. This was info I got from his official website (yes-I know I'm a freak)...and it's great that he's gonna be able to show his talents! I can't wait to see this.

OTW is right, Mimi stopped shawn and belle b/c she knew that they were going way too fast. She stopped them in hopes that they would think it through further - they weren't even wearing condoms! yesterday was a good episode of Days. It reinforced the importance of protection - that's good, since lots of preteens watch Days, too.

I think Meems is becoming a really good friend to Belle. BTW, Mimi is now interestedin Kevin! (They had some major kissing going on - Meems stopped before they went further.)

Am watching Days as I type! VERY good episode today. I am loving how Meems has finally talked some sense into Shawn and Belle. I'm wondering about the "morning after" talk that Shawn and Belle will have...they are both having second thoughts about sex now...will they act awkward around each other now? A big thumbs up to the Days' writers for putting in such a realistic storyline.

I am sad over Hope and Bo's relationship - they are such a good couple - hate to see them drift apart!!

Brady and Chloe- as much as I like them together, I still like Chloe and Phillip together better :).

I am glad also that Belle is being such a supportive friend to Philip!

You're SO right, yesterday's episode was great! I have to say, I originally thought the musically storyline was going to be a little cheesy. However, once I watched it, I thought it was awesome. Chloe and Brady sing wonderfully. I understand some of you want Chloe with Philip, but I'm all about her being with Brady. I want Philip to hook up with Mimi and Kevin to get together with the other blond chick (I don't remember her name). I cannot believe that the Days writers are going to continue the Jan-Paul storyline!:mad: NASTY! I had no idea the actor who played Lucas left the show. It's amazing, if you look back to the storyline a year and a half ago, it's totally different (with different characters and plots!) from what it is now. It seems like overnight that Belle and Shawn grew up!:)

Today was such a disappointment! No "Tropical Temptation"! I was looking forwad to a typical Friday episode that reveals lots of secrets for you to stew over during the weekend. But this episode thoroughly lacked! The most interesting part was the bit with Greta and Colin (and his fiancee). I hope next week has more Belle and Shawn, I'm so interested to see what happens with the two young lovebirds!

Pink, not to worry--I think the avid Days fans have a feeling of what's going to happen. I think most of us check the Spoiler site, so you don't ruin anything!

Also--for you Brady Black fans, Kyle Lowder has an official website at www.kylebrandonlowder.com , so check it out when you have time. I don't think he sang on Broadway, but he definitely had experience in musicals and such...he even studied at Syracuse (FYI: home of the Founders of AGD, GPhiB, and Alpha Phi!) prior to getting the gig on Days. I hope they let him sing more often. I think Jason Cook (Shawn) has his own site too, but I'm not sure.

Yes, Colin's fiance is SO annoying. She's rude and she hates Salem. Plus, I think her accent isn't real. I also want Colin to get together with Jen. It's obvious that they still care about each other deeply! He is so cute (and he has a cool accent) and I think he deserves a nice girl like Jen. But here's a question. If Colin and Jen get together, then that leaves Jack all alone. Personally, I want Austin with Greta (they're both so sweet and caring) and Sami with Brandon (they deserve each other, they're both scheming) to be together. But if Greta and Sami are taken, who is left for Jack. Not Nicole, because she's with Victor (yuck!!!!). I can't think of any other appropriately aged, permenant Days females left for Jack. While he's not perfect, I still want him to be happy!:)

Here in Las Vegas this past weekend 2 Days of Our Lives stars were at a store signing autographs and stuff..My friend is totally in love with this show and she doesn't drive so she asked if I could take her down there. When she got up to the front the guy that was there was sooo FINE and she was speechless lol. They were really really nice though. Just thought I'd share =)

Eric Brady--real name is Jenson Eckles (sp?)--has to be one of the hottest guys of Days. Too bad his character got written off the show for awhile. At least Brady, Sean, and Brandon are still on!

I agree with you!! I heard that he had a nasty dispute over salary negotiations with NBC and quit....which is really sad since he is such a fabulous actor and was one of the reasons I kept coming back! You always knew he'd be up to something evil....lol

My sister went to grammar school with a woman who recently married Austin Peck who plays Austin on Days. He is eye candy! :cool:

Speaking of Austin Peck...he has been let go from his role as Austin Reed. Days was trying to get the 1st Austin, Patrick Muldoon, to come back.

They also fired the girl that plays Greta. Her character's last appearance will be sometime in May.

Kate moved him from the rehab center into Austin's apartment. He has opened his eyes and said Will's name, but he was unconscious today. Will went to see him after Sammie put him to bed. He climbed out his bedroom window and fell from the fire escape.

I figure they will be writing Lucas back in to get the whole Sammie/ Kate thing going again. The baby switch is slowly coming to an end, and with Stefano gone, they have to do something for dramatic effect.
