i think schatar is working this hottie character for all its worth. in real life she seems ALMOST normal... but then again most weirdos try to disguise themselves as normal people.

Enh. I guess this is proof that just because you have a "high" level of intellect, you may be missing other qualities such as class, honesty, common sense, and the host of other things ms. Hottie seems to be lacking.

Anyways, I'm looking forward to next week's episode too. I'm so ready to see Monique put Larissa in her place.

Y'all need to check out the extras for the latest episode..Mo's setting the girls straight "we will not be buffoons", telling the girls to shape up.

Listen to how she speaks (compared to the other women) and despite the rat nest hair, tacky pageant-esque clothing and spider-leg false eyelashes she seems to carry herself pretty well.

Darra (I think I will nickname her "Thong Song" since there always seems to be footage of underwear up her derriere) also seems to carry herself quite well (when she's not trying to get on the same harpie level of...say a "Larissa" or a "Shay").

Maybe Schatar's involvement in seedy television shows is just another sign of a shotty economy :cool: This is getting me scared when I get my degree :eek: :p

The extra scenes on VH1 are a hot azz mess. And Brooke with her nasty skank tail going to the bathroom in that bottle, there are just no words. Who does that?

Then the scene with Becky Sue Lynn talking about how ghetto she is because she went to jail is too much. She irks me to no end ans she's real extra.

I am hooked on this show. This scene with Larissa and Mo'Nique reminds me of myself and one of my "most liked" students. I have said this SAME LINE to her over and over this year!

I was sure after Larissa went after Brooke that she was going home. Homegirl hasn't changed a dang bit. And to send Courtney home for that BS reason, they could have done better than that.

for real? Shay just told Darra to cut the talk short, but wasn't she just explaning her methods? LOL and I give props to Leilene, both of the assignments, the fashion show and this one, she's been sexy but classy, totally opposite of what the girls think she is doing.

It was time for Courtney to leave because she was going to win. I didn't think that she needed Charm School. I don't think Darra needs it either, but she could use some help with that fake ghetto hood slang that she puts on every now and then.

The only people that need HELP is Shay, Schater, Saaphyri, and Larissa. Shay and Larissa are just ghetto and need more than what Charm School has to offer. I hope that Larissa is gone next week. I also noticed that they don't clown with folks that would "traditionally" be known to defend themselves. They pick on the white girls and Larissa is going to try to roll on Darra next week because they think she may be insecure because of her weight and age. Darra might put Larissa in a mix. Schater just needs an overhaul. Head to toe. Saaphyri is beyond assistance. All of the above need intensive, in-patient counseling and treatment.

The only person that can benefit from the refinement that Charm School is claiming to offer is Leilene. She is really trying to work on herself.

unfortunately i don't think larissa is going home next week, girls like larissa, shay, brooke, and becky'll be kept on at least until New York comes and visits them. I am gunning for Leilene as I have been, I agree Saaphyri needs help beyond this! Shay and Larissa are only there for airtime and the dough, they have not learned.

Shay needs to be shaken, all she did in Flavor of Love is stick by Larissa and Deelishis and she is still doing the same...

What does Saaphyri need so much more help with? She's no worse than Larissa and Shay. She is my favorite but I wish she would find some other hair to wear! I love her comments last show about calling the debating instructor a "master-'bater" and referring to that model girl as "Manface". LOL! I could see her or Leilene winning this also.

Mo'Nique stressed that the one who works the hardest and gets something out of this wins. If you are already somewhat refined then you are not benefitting from the show which is why I think Courtney went home. But at least she got a job offer though! :) Larissa needs to go next cause she's not even trying to improve and maybe Darra cause she not as ghetto as she fakin to be.

Co-sign on both of these. Now that Courtney's gone, I was think either Saaphyri, Becky or Daria winning. I was thinking Leline was going to be gone by now. They are keeping the rest of them for ratings.

Shay and Larissa know how to act when they have to deal with people higher up (e.g. Larissa being all nice when she showed the crew her house, Shay being very attentive and cooperative with the coaches in pretty much all of the assignments, Larissa getting nice with the judges and Mo'nique when her azz is on the line), I don't think Saaphyri knows how to do that (e.g. when her and Cristal were on the carpet LOL), I need to give me a break from these shows they can't be good for the mind :eek: :cool:

I don't think that Courtney should have been cast for the show in the first place. She is about to go on tour with Mo, so she's not mad at anyone. I'm not mad at her either, lol.

Shay is more refined than Larissa, but she needs to stop sticking up for Larissa all the time.

I see that I'm not the only person that's :confused: about Courtney. How can the judges say that she was too comfortable being "in the middle," but not say anything about Shay following Larissa all the time??? I'm surprised, but I'm not mad about it. Someone in this thread said that Courtney didn't need Charm School, and I have to co-sign on that.

As for the rest of them? They need more than this show, even though a makeover would help! :D

i have loved Courtney since we first met her, i always thought she was the type of girl who could kick it with anyone. truth be told, Flav should have picked her, but he was after something a bit prettier...

Brooke has some smarts too...she knew better than to touch Larissa 'cause it would have been springer time up in there! what a fight that would be...

i think my fave now is Leilene too. she's a tough one. Saaphyri is just so sad to me sometimes, like she needs a hug or something, and i feel sorry for her. either one of them wins and i will be ok
