Can one be the Apprentice if he's in jail? Our friend Chris was arrested yesterday by The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office. I tried to post a pic, but if you go on this website, click on Inquiries, then type in "Shelton, Christopher" you'll be able to see him.

Looks like Donald called it last week when he was worried about Chris' anger management problems.

i know that in the real world everyone has to work with each other and such. however, this show was built upon the idea of book smart vs. street smart. why did trump mix up the two teams? in the end, i think he will pick someone with a degree.

He had to, to keep the teams fairly even. He does it every season, whether its men vs. women, book smarts vs. street smarts, or whatever.

I wonder if that means he makes it to the final two. If Donald does the final episode like he did the last one, maybe someone from the audience will bring up this incident as a reason that Donald shouldn't hire him.

I think it just means that the remaining episodes haven't aired yet and no one at NBC or connected with The Apprentice can reveal who gets fired in episodes that haven't aired yet.

And if, by some crazy alignment of the stars, Chris does get to the final two, I don't think anyone from the audience will have to bring it up for Trump to be aware of it. I'm pretty certain that Chris would hear "I don't need employees who get arrested."

ETA: Even if Chris isn't in the final two, I'll bet Trump brings this up in the final episode.

I have to agree with you. He was really a nice guy, at least that's the way he was portrayed on the show. Since that's all we (and myself) have to go by, if I should ever get married, I think I'd want to marry someone like Danny.

FYI, I am not basing my whole decision and standards of a guy/marriage on a TV show or a person on a TV show. I am just comparing, ya know?:)

I think Trump almost HAS to choose a woman as winner this time, or risk being labelled prejudiced.

I predict Tana will win... and she will deserve it!

As I was watching parts of last week's eppy, I was thinking..you know...Tana is going to win...she has it all together...lets hope she just keeps it together.

I heard on the radio last week that there were 4 to 1 odds in Vegas that she(Tana) would win right behind Alex. The local media tends to keep up on her since she's from West Des Moines. Her husband is a weatherman on one of the local CBS station.

I've heard that the final 2 are women. One from Magna and one from Net Worth so that would leave Tana and Kendra.

I keep hearing this theory, and while there may be something to it, I don't really buy into it, at least not at face value.

What he has to do is choose the best candidate, without regard to whether that person is a man or woman. If he doesn't do that, the basic credibility of the show (such as it is) is shot.

Bill and Kelly were clearly the best candidates in Season 1 and 2. This season, for my money, Tana is the best candidate (at least so far), so barring a major screw up, she should win -- because she is best, not because he needs to hire a woman.

As for Kendra, what exactly has she done so far? I haven't been (favorably or unfavorably) impressed.

As long as Carolyn Kepcher is sitting at the table next to Trump, I don't see much reason for him to worry about being labeled sexist because he hasn't hired a female Apprentice, unless a woman is clearly the best candidate.

Well, Tana and Kendra are the only two women left anyway. And technically, they're both Magna now, although Tana started out on Net Worth.

Let's talk about Kendra. I'm really not impressed by her -- I don't think she has good leadership skills AT ALL, but she did make a killer brochure.

No, Tana started out on NET WORTH (the non-degree team).

Remember how she had to go to that shabby apartment/travel agency to pick up the plane tickets for Las Vegas? That was for the "wild west" contest with Burger King that Net Worth won.

The website shows what team they are on RIGHT now, or what team they were on when they got fired. After all, Erin is shown as being on Net Worth (high school, nondegree team) and she is a lawyer. So the website does not show where they actually began.

My apologies! Silly me, I looked on the "Candidates" page & believed it! She is so sharp that I couldn't believe that she didn't have some college educatin'! Lord help me, it is hard to keep up! Thanks for the info.

Kendra's brochure was great, showing very good marketing instincts and skills. But I saw little leadership ability -- she didn't lead her team, she did it herself, largely because she couldn't lead her team. A good leader would have (1) gotten her team on board with the concept, (2) seen that they were fading late at night (early in the morning) and dealt with it -- maybe by letting them get in some naps in shifts -- instead of just doing her "I appreciate your honesty and I am offended" schtick, and (3) wouldn't have been complaining that Tana was "hogging" the presentation because she would have already worked out how the presentation was going to go beforehand.

I was disappointed in Tana's "I'm used to getting sleep" routine, and her leaving the building. I expected better from her. But if someone isn't used to staying up to work all night, it's up to the PM to provide the motivation.

ETA: The other alternative available to Kendra, with regard to working through the night, would have been for her to tell Craig and Tana, "If you leave, don't bother coming back; you're off the task." Would have been risky, but I think Trump, Carolyn and George would have respected it.

Instead, she just shrugged her shoulders, rolled her eyes, and whined about getting no respect and doing it all herself.

How disappointed was anyone after all the previews saying it isn't the boardroom but what happens afterward with someone saying "OMG!"? Was it just the fact that Chris cried or somthing else. I hated that....

Not disappointed, but only because I've learned not to put any trust into Apprentice teasers.

Pretty disappointed, I was expecting something juicier, but I realized that I wasn't gonna get it when they started the boardroom with only 5 or 6 minutes left in the show, so I realized that there wouldn't have been time for anything juicy to happen.

Alex deserved to be fired more than Bren, but it was pretty clear that Bren just didn't really care to stay. I don't normally like prosecutors very much, but Bren was awesome.

I pretty much like everyone left except Kendra (although I'm not terribly fond of Tana but I think she does an okay job). She is so whiny and childish I hate to even listen to her. She can do great work when she really makes an effort, but she has terrible people skills -- when she's talking to Craig, she sounds like an angry 13 year old yelling at her dad because she does't want to clean her room. He may treat her like a kid, but I think that's because she acts like one.

Damn you guys, I'm afraid Kendra is going to win this thing. Ew.

Tana totally saved her ass last night by bringing up their records of winning and losing. I thought she was GONE before that happened.

I hope Tana wins the whole thing. I have liked her, Danny, and Angie from the beginning. I am glad that one of my picks is in the last 3. Unfortunately, I believe Kendra will win the whole thing simply based on the fact Carolyn said last night Tana was too nice and she couldn't see her leading a Trump company. Kendra doesn't have people skills. Kendra is just downright cruel to people and, hopefully, that'll show through. Even in the cut-throat adventures in business, one has to have respect for people and play nice every once in a while.

Between Tana, Craig, and Kendra --- I hope it comes down to Kendra versus Tana in the final and we see how they each manage their old teammates in the final challenge.

Although Craig has been the team leader on a couple of the more successful challenges - the 'Desk Apprentice' at Staples and the box project for Home Depot - so he may do well too.

So I am really interested to see the outcome of the final three! And that surprises me since I hardly watched the first half of the season because it seemed this crop of contestants wasn't as good.

Who do you all think will be the final 2? I hope it's Craig v. Tana, but if it's Kendra v. Tana...

Unless Kendra's team consists of her, Erin and Stephanie, (was that her name? The other chick who was BFF with all them), Kendra doesn't seem to work well with others. And since Donald always brings back "problem children" like Omarosa and Raj for final tasks, I can see her clashing with the people she has to manage. Tana has been well liked and respected pretty much through the whole show from what I can remember, and I think she will end up as the next Apprentice. But I like Craig a lot too!

I don't "get" Craig. The price discussion with Kendra was like a dog chasing its tail. He is so NOT Apprentice material.

Well, if next week is the intense interview session, I am sure that Craig will be gone.

But none of these people deserves to win. I am seriously unimpressed overall.
