Last night, I just got back from my first Regional!!!! At the Step Show a dozen of Golden Sorors got on stage and stepped!! It was so cute...Soror Mary Shy Scott reminded us of our commitment to civic activism and the need to get involved with the current immigration protests...at Ivy Behind the Wall, I almost started bawling. It was really beautiful...I love my A, I love my K, I love my AKA!!

Why do I have to gets on my job? :p :D

I am back in the Big Raggedy.... *le sigh* I had a SKEErific time in Dallas with all of my sensational, spectacular, sophisticated South Central Sorors!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Sorors CountryGurl and Unspokenone!!! Don't be fooled-- Soror CountryGurl is CRUNK!!! Can't take those Baytown Sorors NOWHERE!!! ;) And Soror Unspokenone held it down with her chapter at AKApollo. Oh yes, my Sorors are great!

I know that I won't be in Austin, but I CANNOT wait until we do it BIG in the Capitol City in '00000000000000008!!! That'll be my pre-graduation throwdown! :D

AKA fills me with so much JOY!!! Hopefully that joy will carry me through finals!

This was my 1st Regional Conference and it was outstanding!!! Sensational South Central Sorors are skeerific.

Sorors, Sorors, Sorors...what can i say? I have never seen so much pink and green in my life. It was such a beautiful sight and a wonderful experience being around Sorors from all walks of life. I hate that I won't be at Boule this summer but watch out for 08!

Soror CountryGurl, I love you girl! It was so nice seeing you and spending time with you...even if it was brief! We'll get together soon for that pic we didn't get to take.

Soror RedefinedDiva: It was pleasure meeting you and I'll know we'll be seeing each other again. I tried to hold it down but those Sorors from Missouri City and Xi Alpha Omega...they were stepping like Undergrads!! Shout out to Mu Kappa Omega and Xi Alpha Omega for 1st place and 2nd place (respectively) at AKApollo!

I learned so much...and for that, I am truly grateful for my AKA!

Speaking of stepshows, shout out to my sorors of Delta Rho Omega, who won 2nd place @ the NARC stepshow. It's been a while since the chapter has had a step team, so it was a good look for us. :D :D

Leaving this evening after work (not a long drive, though. It's in Long Beach and I'm in Orange County). Can't wait for it, will be a blend of work and fun. Sorors Prayerfull and Shalom08, I'll find y'all, somehow.

I'm flying in tomorrow morning and will probably do some shopping before the Vine gathering tomorrow night. Are u going tomorrow night Soror ST? I'm leaving to return home on Friday evening so I won't be staying for the banquet. My daughter is being baptized this Sunday and I have too much to do before then.

Looking forward to see my FW-GC Sorors!

Soror, are you Black Barbie that was cutting up at the stepshow? ;) :D If so, I am one of the three Sorors from New Orleans that CountryGurl introduced you to (if you remember).

We'll definitely have to have a GC gathering at the next conference.

Got to see marvelous Soror Prayerfull for a minute, and also met Sorors Shalom08 (what a great spirit she has) and EssenceofElle55. I actually saw Soror EssenceofElle55 in January, but she was busy with her hostess chapter and didn't say hi. This time, I did.

The conference itself was just marvelous. I'm awed (and blessed) to be part of this sorority. :cool:
