I LOVE Target, but I do have a special place in my heart for Wal-Mart and KMart. I went to KMart about two weeks ago and they have really stepped their game up with some of their clothes.

there's a superwalmart across the street. i always go to that one.

You get what you pay for...and Wal-Mart IS cheaper. But Target is BETTER. Love Target!!!
Wal-Mart is spending very little on "overhead", like keeping things neat and clean, and having a staff who does not look like they're on furlough from the local penitentiary. Just playing. I prefer Target. I'm a total Target Girl. Love Super Target. I get mad when I see something at the regular grocery store, that I know I can get cheaper at Target. ~ Tracy |
Target is the first choice. Quality of merchandise is better. Wal-Mart only if it is a super walmart and I am buying cereal or other food items (but not meat. That's when I go to Safeway). K-Mart only if neither one of the other two are in the area but that is rare.

Target is my 1st choice for DVD's and clothes for The Baby and The Teenager.
Wal-Mart is my go-to place for groceries and books (when I don't have a coupon for Borders). K-Mart, I only go when they have a clearance sale on bedding and clothes for the boys. |

I do Wally World because a) the Super Kmart that's 36 miles away closed down years ago and b) the nearest Target is 50 miles away. Wally World and me have always been friends.
But of course, the all time fav I think would to to Pic-N-Save (sadly they are located in Cali--about 3000 miles away from me), but a close second is Big Lots. Of course, Dollar General and Family Dollar are coming up as very good runners up. |
I like Target and WalMart. I go to Target for clothes and home decor items. I also go to the larger/super Targets for food. I get one of my favorite cereals from Target, their Market Pantry Cinnaminis. I go to WalMart for food and sometimes for spring overcoats and some clothes from the Metro collection.

I like Target, but not really for clothes. Some of Mizrahi's stuff used to be cute.

Ok, I go to all 3 because they are all less than 2 miles from my house!
Wal-Mart, I luv, just went yesterday and spent $112 :rolleyes: Got my daughter some of those cute sneaker things that u don't have to tie up, clearance $6, i got her 3 pair :o, then pull-ups for the baby, odds & ends. For those of you that don't like the millions of people that always seem to be there, try going in the mornings or late at nite. I go in the mornings when I get off work, hardly anyone in there! Target is great for clothes for the kids, accessories like jewelry, earrings, etc. K-mart actually has great clothes for kids, i got my daughter's easter dress for $10, the baby some clothes too. Don't sleep on K-mart ya'll, LOL |

It's all about Target. They have the best clothes
K-mart has mom jeans wal mart's clothes don't fit the size they say they do. I'll pick out a size 6 but it'll fit like a 10 |
