Last week, Raj may have owned up that the terrible military themed ad was his idea, and he may have defended it because it was "the only vision on the table," but it was a vision directly contrary to what Deutch told them he wanted to see. While someone on the team (other than the completely ineffectual Elizabeth) should have caught that, Raj should have been able to follow simple directions. This week, Raj did a terrible job as PM. 4 bedrooms to 3? What was he thinking? And yes, Kevin may have found and recommended the contractor, but Raj totally failed to supervise the contractor or take action when it became obvious that the contractor wasn't going to deliver in time. (Contrast that with Andy, who wasn't even PM). Again, being in real estate, Raj should have had a better clue. Then he didn't bring Chris into the boardroom when Trump practically told him to. Instead, he brought Ivana because he and Jen decided she was the weakest link and needed to go. Problem was, though, that he couldn't point to a specific reason for bringing Ivana into the boardroom and had to rest on "she doesn't add anything." Guess he didn't take into account that Carolyn and Matt (?) had been observing and might tell Trump that Ivana worked hard in this task (which they did), making Raj look petty for bringing her in. Go Andy! |

I'd be interested to know if any contractors "drove by" the other house. |
Thank Goodness that Maria bit the biscuit tonight...she is SO RUDE! If she'd been on Apprentice I, it would have been nice to seen Omarosa backhand her.
|
I HATED Maria. I am so happy she is fired. I cannot believe she actually said, "I am not a control freak." Yeah right. She is a control dictator. She was so snotty and mean and so phony when she started to cry:rolleyes: I wanted to slap Wes for letting her do whatever she wanted. He did not have much of a backbone.
I am waiting for Jennifer to get fired. She does not get what is going on with the plans, then we she does, she takes all the credit:mad: That ticked me off when the Levi president and Donald told her what a good job she did. She just stood there like everything was her idea. She needs to go. She does not have what it takes to run a company. I think that Kelly is going to win the game. |
Maria is like a sinister muppet who just won't shut up, and what's with the constant blinking? HOOO puppies that woman is going to snap one day. It's too bad Wes didn't stand up to her, but oh well.
I like Kevin, and Ivana has really improved -- or at least she did really well this time. Jen only gets credit for stuff and avoids the boardroom because people think she's hot. |
I would like to see Kevin, Ivana, and Kelly as the final three
|
I was really glad that Maria got fired. I still vote that Ivana should be next to go. After her, Jen. She doesn't do much, and she just completely took credit for Ivana's idea.
|
I was NOT expecting the double-firing (which I guess is a good thing). It will be interesting to see next week if there will be another team shake-up (with a member of Apex becoming part of Mosaic - and if so, will it be Kelly?) and how it'll work. The promos about a person being guaranteed a place in the final 4, if they don't "screw it up" (my understanding), makes it seem almost as if someone is dumb enough to possibly give up their immunity (a la Bradford) ~ what do you all think?
|
I think that Kelly will win, but that Kevin will be a contender.
Wouldn't you just die if Sandy won the whole thing? I think it would be shocking but kind of hilarious. The way things are looking, Sandy might be the last of the women to go...that would make her the "Amy" of Season 2. |
If Kevin is fired before Ivana, I will be pissed.
|
slight hijack- Omarosa is going to be on an upcoming episode of "Fear Factor" with other reality stars. that is going to be so funny cause she has to handle snakes and they keep biting her.
|
Ivana HAS to go next week.
I think it'd be great if Sandy won it all. Totally agree with her being the last female standing. Ivana and Jen both have issues. I see Kevin and Kelly being the final two for some reason. |
Quote:
Also, I agree with Kevin and Kelly being the final two, which would be pretty similar (in my eyes) to last year with Kwame vs Bill. |
I think Kelly will probably win, which annoys because appears to be a jerk -- a very competent jerk, but nevertheless a jerk.
I'm still pulling for Andy! |
Quote:
it totally sucked that jen stole all the credit for Ivana's ideas. i think the bald guy at Levis was mezmorized by her looks...and i dont think shes hot either. stuff or maxim had the apprentices posing and sandy was is in it...does that mean shell be out soon. |
I was cracking up at the Pepsi Edge commercial aired during the break between the firing and the taxicab confessional....loved seeing Raj as a cabbie driver! :D
For those who don't know who was fired, don't read the next part :) - Trump was right on the money about Andy getting his butt whipped by Sandy when Jen and Andy were defending their earlier conversation to Sandy.....and I loved Trump's comment about women at the very end (something about women being stronger, and that argument proved it!) |

Still, I'm having a hard time convincing myself that Melania really loves the Don for who he is (toupee and all) and not his billions. |
Down to the final 4: Jen, Sandy, Kelly, and Kevin.
Last night's episode was really good. My favorite line was Carolyn saying to Ivana, "You weren't really selling candy bars, were you?" Of course, Ivana had no response. I knew she was gone the second she dropped her pants. If she hadn't, Kevin may have left since he screwed up when it came to pricing. Ivana wanted so badly to beat Jen that she was willing to sell herself. I hope either Sandy or Kelly win this year. I don't think Trump will put 2 guys in the final two for another season. |
Quote:
Iavana should have been gone long ago. And Carolyn is fantastic! |
Quote:
I'd like to see Kevin and Sandy as the final two, but I'd bet money Kelly will be there. |
What I would have given to hear Trump say, "Ivana, you're fired not because you dropped your skirt but because you only charged $20. I bet Jen could've gotten $100."
|
That would have been hilarious.
And how crazy was Ivana for going off on Jen in the boardroom last night, when Jen wasn't even there. I think Ivana has significant "fembot" issues -- perhaps she is intimidated by Jen's hotness. |
OK I missed all of last night's episode except for the 2nd part of the boardroom -- why did Ivana drop her pants??? Was their task stripping or something? :p

I also agree that Ivana was intimidated by Jen's hotness...yeah, the truth hurts sometimes. I hope that Sandy gives Kelly a run for his money. She, like Bill Rancic, started her own business and I would love to see her surprise them all! She's kind of become a late favorite for me. |

Well she ( Ivana) should be intimidated by jenn because Ivana looks like a ugly bone thin runt dog ......I am sure glad she was fired .......i liked her up til lat night. that stunt she pulled was un called for and un professional ....gimmick or no gimmick...... and right on to Carolyn! she rocks!
Ivana lost it in the board room and the reaction on trumps face when she went off on jen was priceless and carolyn putting her in her place for the "LOOK" referral to george....best one i sen so far. As for Kevin selling at a diff price... someone needed to step up and make a decision because ivana was too hell bent on beating jen that he had no other way but to lower it to unload the candy since her vision was off being pm and only on revenge |
As much as I can't stand Jen, you have to admit that the better team won this week. Yeah, so what if they used sex appeal as their marketing tool...the M&M twin idea worked for them because they're two attractive women.
I'm sorry Ivana, if you're going to drop trou, make sure you don't have ugly granny undies on for all of Wall Street and the world to see. You actually want to SELL the chocolate, remember? I don't think Jen's going to last after this week. I have a feeling it'll be a Sandy vs. Kelly finale. |

Final Four candidate's odds of winning
Here are the Final Four candidate's odds of winning, courtesy of Anemic Dog @ fansofrealitytv.com:
Based on the numbers, here's my assessment of the final four: There are two factors that Trump seems to value above all others when making his decisions. First, he likes people who win when they lead. Overall won-loss record doesn't matter so much, or Amy would have been in the final two last season. The second factor is avoiding the final boardroom. It's okay to lose (Bill and Kwame were both 5-7 last season) as long as you win when you lead. But if people keep choosing you, it means you're not perceived (to Trump, at least) as a strong competitor. So, here are my odds for winning right now: Kevin: 10-1. The bottom line is that while Kevin has performed decently overall and won as a leader, he is unique among the finalists this year and last in that people keep picking him to go to the final boardroom. Kwame led in survivals last season because he lost a lot, but by and large people kept sending him back to the suite. Kevin doesn't have that magic. His wins as leader were not particularly impressive (the toothpaste promotion should have led to a loss), Maria's bizarre behavior led to his other win. Sandy: 3-1. She has all the right numbers. She's won when she's led. She works very hard. She has spunk, and Trump is not like Lou Grant. He likes spunk. But when she leads, she delegates leadership. She lets everything happen and hopes for the best. Which, by and large, it has. She gets along with everyone, and only when cornered does she make her opinion known. She really will be a success in life, but I think she's a bit young to make the leadership impression necessary to win this game. She has flown under the radar, and done it well. Probably the most deserving of the nine women. Jen M.: 2-1. She keeps skating by because she avoids taking the leadership role. Smart decision, considering Trump has fired the team leader nine times in the last ten weeks. She also is perceived by most (obviously it drives Ivana crazy) as a good, smart worker. Amy used this strategy very well last season, but ultimately, it fails to impress. I don't think she will interview well, while Sandy probably will. The only thing going for her is that she's very pretty and slightly more presentable than Sandy, and it's likely Trump wants a female winner. He may hire her over the objections of his advisors. That's her only chance, but it's quite a good one. Kelly: 1-2. He has just creamed everyone in the competitions, the same way Amy did last season. But he has willingly taken the leadership reins and led well. He has avoided the final boardroom when losing. This week was his first trip, and it's not as if Ivana chose him to go. Plain and simple: he's earned the job. My only question is whether Trump will recognize it. Comments? Suggestions? |
I would pick Kelly & Jen M. as the final two, although I'm not sure who would win. I think one of Jen's best qualities is that she doesn't get as emotional as the other women have been throughout the season - she's clearly there to prove herself as a successful businesswoman, and not to make friends and/or enemies. I think she presents herself so well that Trump will probably have a hard time not choosing her if she makes it to the final two.
|
*POSSIBLE SPOILER* (In other words, don't read this if you don't want to know!)
Spoilers on TWoP and other sites are reporting that Jenn and Kelly are the final two based on reports from the events (a basketball and polo event) and some pictures that have been released. |
I agree that it's likely Kelly and Jen will be the final two. Kelly SHOULD win, but I can't help but wonder if he's going to pick Jen anyway.
|
I hope it's Kelly, too, since I think he's most deserving of the title. He's worked the hardest and has the most experience but I don't think Trump wants to choose another white male.
|

My opinion: the final two should be Kelly and Kevin, and Kelly should hear "You're hired." |
