A note about her Mom.

I know nothing about Britney so i could be far off.

But you have to be a peculiar kind of mommy to push your child into such an abornal lifestyle from such a young age. And I think just the fact that she runs or has run so much of britney's life shows that she probably lives vicariously through the girl.

But hey, i could be far off.

I'm glad she's at least getting a prenup. She doesn't need to televise the wedding...that's just a train wreck. I really don't think her Mom has that much say so in her life anymore. She probably had more control when Britney was starting out and was a minor. Even back then it seemed like she was pretty permissive, though. I'm sure she loves the perks of being Britney's mom, i.e. the money, cars, houses.

He receives a weekly/monthly stipend from Britney's payroll. I don't remember the exact amount, but suffice to say it's rather generous. He bought her the engagement ring from that stipend. Seriously commiting the cardinal sin of Tackiness.

Really? On E! there was a woman talking about before Kevin Shar always had good minded children and that her first two children were always well behaved. That made me think she must have other kids b/c at the time she hadn't had the baby yet.

I am with you on this one UKDaisy... E! is running a special hour show on Britney. One of Shar's fellow cast members mentioned her children being well behaved. The way she says it, it cleary leads you to believe Shar has three children, and this is her fourth.

No, it's nothing new. It came on before a few months ago. MTV is showing her Showtime concert special this week.

I think that is terrible! Jessica and Nick are entertaining but I do not want to see Britney on any shows and I don't want to see her running around with her new husband.

Since when are they friends? Danielle looks pretty broke down in that pic. Britney isn't any better, but at least she's not wearing that same pair of cutoffs.

I think Shar is absolutely gorgeous in that picture, and Britney's looking a little too Pam Anderson in hers . . .

For the record, Shar does have four children -- two with Kevin and two with a different guy.

Britney does look like a little Pam Anderson, especially in that picture with Danielle Fishel. And Danielle looks terrible. Don't get me wrong, there are some days when I leave the house not looking all that great, but going out with Britney you have to know the paparazzi will be following with cameras.

ET has confirmed that BRITNEY SPEARS and her dancer fiancé KEVIN FEDERLINE tied the knot in a surprise Saturday night ceremony in Studio City, CA. The bride wore a white strapless dress and Kevin donned a tuxedo as the two exchanged vows during a non-denominational ceremony. Twenty to thirty guests were on-hand for the event, which took place at a private home. Afterwards, everyone dined on a feast of chicken fingers and ribs while music played from a boombox.

ET was there as the beaming bride left the house in the early hours of Sunday morning. A laughing Britney and her brand-new husband departed the home in a black SUV. Marrying Federline makes Britney more than a new wife, she's also now step-mom to Federline's 2-year-old and newborn baby with "Moesha" actress SHAR JACKSON.

This is the second marriage in nine months for the songbird. (Her first, to friend JASON ALLEN ALEXANDER, was annulled only 55 hours after it began.) She met Kevin while he was dancing for LFO, a group that opened for Britney in 2000, but the pair's romantic relationship began in April of this year after they met again at a trendy Hollywood club. An injury brought the couple even closer.

During a video shoot in New York with SNOOP DOGG, Britney, 22, slipped and hurt her knee, which required arthroscopic surgery, four months of rehabilitation, and the cancellation of the last leg of her Onyx Hotel Tour. Kevin, 26, was reportedly at Britney's side 24/7.
