Don't know. I doubt he'll be a regular cast member like he was in previous seasons, but now that he is free from his Hodgkin's Disease hopefully he'll be in more episodes. He is now cancer free.

The following is from the final episode:

I loved Ed, and was sad to hear it was cancelled. I also liked Miss Match, but I think it was a victim on a bad time slot. Old school, I liked Caroline in the City.

I was sad when Hey Dude was cancelled. That show made me want to work at a dude ranch!

From this season I'm sad about Boomtown. Fiance and I always watched that show!

From a while ago Freaks & Geeks. One season. And it was SO good. They played the repeats on TBS or something for a while so I got to watch that. :( The dorky brother (who later showed up on Boston Public) was so adorable!!!!

what happened to "Significant Others" on Bravo?? That show had me CTFU all the time!

I don't know how I managed to miss this thread, but I *LOVED* Homefront. When they canceled it, I was so upset. The rest of my family hated it and always told me that I was the only one in the world who watched it. They say the same thing to me about American Dreams now... hmm... :)

Years passed and I went to college. One night, my friends and I were talking about tv shows we missed. Turns out that not only did one of my very best friends love the show as much as me, but she had all of the episodes on tape. We got all of our other friends to watch the tapes and they loved it, too!

It didn't hurt that Kyle Chandler was absolutely adorable in the series ;)

On another note, I miss Lyon's Den, too. Kyle Chandler was in that series as well. Maybe the networks just hate him? I think it's a conspiracy... :)

The thing that sucked was that they didn't know it was getting cancelled, and the last season ended with cliffhangers. :mad: But seriously, I think it was the best show ever. I also Loved the show Pacific Blue... Mario Lopez is SO hot! I never got into watching Angel, although David Boreanaz is VERY nice to look at!

Whose Line is awesome too. I just about die laughing. Even though I've seen most episodes 50 million times :-) The one with Richard Simmons was creepy!

This thread is full of LOLz. A bunch of shows I haven't heard of...makes you realize how temporary TV programming is today. As for shows I watched faithfully and remember being upset when they were cancelled:

- My So Called Life - only failed because the network put it in the same time slot as Friends!
- Growing Pains
- Dallas
- Cosby Show
- Arsenio Hall
- Double Dare - oh how I wanted to be on that show!
- Felicity - along with MSCL the only series I own on DVD

I remember being bummed that both Surface and Invasion were cancelled. They were each on for only one season, so it's hard to call either of them 'favorite' shows, but still...

I still miss Northern Exposure. I liked Men in Trees because it was sort of like Northern Exposure, but not as good. I was mad when ABC cancelled that 2-3 years ago.

This is why I like HBO. You know they're going to finish each season, and generally, they stick with a show once they've decided to air it.

I am happy that Grimm and Castle were renewed. GCB is the only disappointment so far this season for me.

I'm bummed that CW cancelled Ringer and that Fox cancelled Alcatraz. But I'm so getting used to shows that I enjoy getting canned for other crap (i.e. reality tv) to stay on.

For me, it was almost always comedies that went off the air too soon.

Freaks and Geeks- not necessarily a comedy, but come on.... James Franco and D&D? Hilarious.

Clone High- I still rewatch the only season over and over.

Dilbert- My boyfriend and I just watched both seasons on Netflix and he really liked it.

Can't believe no one has mentioned The Critic. That show had so much going for it.

3rd Rock from the Sun. Of course, Joseph Gordon-Levitt is like a mega-star now, but that show had such clever writing.

Duckman. Completely crass. I felt like a spy watching this show because I didn't want my parents to find out I was watching it.

Pete and Pete. That was my childhood right there. I just loved the names of the evil kids in that show. Openface, Pit Stain, etc.

Bored to Death. I have had a huge crush on Jason Schwartzman ever since Rushmore.

Salute Your Shorts!!!! Made me want to be a counselor at a summer camp.

For dramas, I hated the way Angel ended. Actually, I hated how Joss treated Cordelia's character. SMH.

Firefly, even though there was Serenity.
