HC The past few days have been soo frustrating HC I grew up travelling British Airways HC I tried to get a ticket, it was late so I knew I'd be paying a lot HC I'm required to be at home, so I had to pay HC They cancelled my reservation for some stupid reason :rolleyes: HC Okay, woo saa, I let it go HC I understood the mixup (very vaguely) HC I made a new reservation HC I was told I had to pay at the counter or a travel agent HC No BA counter in Savannah so I called a travel agent HC They were rude to her, told her the ticket was $5000 HC That is more than twice the price I was quoted :eek: :eek: HC They hung up on her :eek: HC I was quoted the price yesterday :mad: HC The policy is pay w/in 48 hrs HC That is what I'm trying to do and they are running me around in circles HC I called and the lady told me the fare isn't guaranteed HC She also said the class I had a reservation for was full so I had to go up HC WTF???? :mad: HC Explain this rubbish to me HC I don't curse but I was so pissed, I was vaguely close HC I was soooo upset/frustrated I was in tears HC I ended that quickly :D HC How do I RESERVE a bloody ticket and then you tell me the class I reserved is full AFTER my reservation HC CLEARLY my seat/place was reserved - Who the heck has their behind in my place?????? :mad: :mad: HC I was getting more and more frustrated and louder with the woman? HC I tried not to HC I asked for the supervisor HC I didn't talk to the supervisor but she did on my behalf HC The supervisors name is almost the same as mine HC I'm the only Nigerian I know with my name HC I get my original fare HC Thank God for his goodness HC I have to pay it at the ATL airport by tomorrow HC I live in Savannah HC Thank God my family is in ATL HC What if I didn't have family in ATL? HC in some stores threading IS more expensive
HC this is the reason I feel compelled to refer EVERYONE IN THE TRI-STATE AREA to this place. HC threading costing more than 6 bucks would be a dang CRIME! HC string is like .50 a spool. HC and that is all they use HC it takes like five minutes! HC I just had to get STANK on the phone with my car loan company.
HC I made my payment a month ago and they never posted it to the account. HC they have called me ON MY CELL PHONE - EVERY DAY for the past month - sometimes more than once per day. HC each time, I've tried to be polite and asked them to refer to the account notes and see the payment that was made. HC each time, the person has said oh i'm sorry and will immediately refer this to be corrected. HC this morning I got a call from the REPOSESSION deparment. HC OH Heeellllllll NO. HC I said you people need to get your stuff together and stop calling me. HC the guy was like...ma'am you're the one who needs to get your stuff together because your payment is 30 days late. HC my response...excuse me, but take a moment to look at the account notes. HC dead silence for 15 seconds. HC he comes back with..."OH" HC I wanted to reach through the phone and whup someone. HC this is SOOOO unacceptable. HC I demanded written proof that my payment is posted back to the original date of payment AND proof that my account is not in any type of delinquent status. HC :mad: |
