I was directing the post to anyone who takes offense. I haven't met a male who found it offensive yet.

I'll definitely keep ya updated if I do though.

Educated, were you trying to alienate people (especially females) with that post, or is that just a side effect?
Based on the posts in this forum alone I definately think that was Educated's goal.

As far as the post goes, most all sorority women I know (both in person and on GC) would be way too classy to make a shirt like that.

I'm guessing that your "subject pool" is only limited to the guys in DOC... or at least guys of only one sort. Not a very scientific or educated way of measuring. A lot of men that I know and many here on GC would find it very offensive.

Well let them speak up..

I guess the main point I am making, while COMPLETELY not politically correct, is that the more the shirt pertains to you, the more you are offended.

Just my opinion.

What's considered to be "true" can also be quite a matter of opinion.

So you're saying that it's okay for someone to walk around in a T-shirt with some nasty racial slurs if they believe those slurs to be "true"?

Truth, like beauty, is often found in the eye of the beholder.

Dani, Luv you Hon!!!!

Well put!

The thing is, if some jerk/s do something, whether it be 2 or more members of a Greek Org. it reflects upon not only That one Organization, but ALL Greek Orgs.

The teehee attitude does us all an injustice!:(

Um, just to get the facts straight here.....

4 (not 8) members of a UCSC fraternity were found by the San Jose Police Department to be involved in a fight between 2 SJSU fraternities. True, they drove to their San Jose chapter and were involved in the fatal brawl. But to my knowledge, all of the UCSC students involved have left the University and the fraternity as well.

And you may be unaware that this very same fraternity lost it's recognition from the University last year while the incident was under investigation... but they worked with UCSC to regain their status.
