It's probably because all of us sentimental lunk heads tuned in to the finale, so the ratings shot up...and you know what ratings do to TV shows.

HAHA!! Now they're sucked into finding THREE sets of twins to cast (and the overzealous show biz mommies of the world rejoice), and kissing Jessica Biels @$$ for guest appearances.


Seriously though, when you have a "Goodbye Season", that's it. You're finished. Quit while you're (well, not ahead, because their ratings keep falling) not so far behind.

This is the show that doesn't end...

The FAT LADY SANG (LITERALLY!)....this SHOULD NOT be renewed.

Wow, so they did get the season. I read about a week ago when I was trying to check out what shows that the CW picked up for sure, that they were TRYING to get 7th Heaven, but they weren't sure so they were going to wrap this season up in case they didn't, but still leave room for storylines in case they did.

CRAZINESS!!

One of the big ideas though when I read about it was to have a less expensive cast, so not all of the show's big initial stars. I dunno how that'd work, but like the article said the cast has grown to be quite expensive... wonder what will really pan out in the end.

I agree. I can't stand listening to them talk.

They are the main reason I don't watch the show. They can't act, they need speech therapy, they are obnoxious, and.... and.... and....

Seriously, the public school they're at seems well funded, and even the poorest school systems around here have a speech therapist.

I hate how they're never in a scene apart from one another either! And they always say things at the same time and finish each other's sentences. It's NOT cute! Enough is enough!!

I've heard that as children-- some twins and multiples have trouble anunciating and speaking because they pattern their speech after each other and repeat the same mistakes.

Still, these kids are in show-biz and you'd think they'd have a speech or language coach.

Ok, so they've announced that there are three more episodes until the Finale (again). I've actually watched a few times this season, and it's not as bad as I thought it would be. It's definitely changed, though.

Oh, and Beverly Mitchell has released a CD. It's actually pretty good. They had samples on Amazon.com, and one of her songs was used in Sunday's episode.
