Next week all the girls that were rejected by Aarron will be on for a special where bascially they bitch. then the week after that is the finale.
I was suprised by Aaron's choices. I thought he would choose Gwen and Helene bc he was always saying positives about Gwen and how he could see himself with her. I felt that the five min before he made his decision helped him in choosing Brooke bc she started crying. i think Brooke is a great girl though.

Even though the suspense is killing me, I really do want to here what the "rejected girls" have to say. It seemed like they were really going to dig into Aaron! Atleast from the tv shows perspective, he really seems like a nice guy. Can he help it if all these girls fall in love with him? :p

Actually when I watched the show I felt like, any relationship would be accelerated if you went on all of those magical dates! If I was Gwen with the princess date, I would definetly be swept off my feet.

Most of us our busy with school, work, families, other responsibilities we can't just whisk away for a month and have romantic evenings. It's all so surreal so I think that's why girls fall so fast?? What do you think?

I think I'd agree with that... it's like a dream and you just get caught up in the fantasy of it and I think it's easier to go with what "should" happen in a fantasy regardless of real objections or worries/fears/whatever. If that made sense?

Some of the guys I dated I think I only dated b/c it seemed like we'd make such a good couple, forget the fact that I didn't completely like him, it just seemed like a good idea "on paper"...

Emotions can be so complicated. Bah!

I think the fact that he had his mind set on Helene shows that she's the mysterious one that he told Gwen he was falling in love with. Also, from the diary it doesn't seem like he picked Brooke to "make it easier on himself." You never know!

apparently brooke isn't greek - but she's a "Bama Girl" football hostess... i guess it's a big honor and they take recruits to the games and give tours. I could totally see that - she's such a cute girl, she'd make a good impression!

I want Brooke to win, but I don't think Aaron wants to marry someone so young..... :(

As for Helene, I kinda sorta liked her and I can really see her and Aaron together b/c they're comfortable enough to be romantic with each other AND make fun of each other. He doesn't tease anyone else the way he does with her, so that's why I think it's her that he loves. She just seems a bit....off though, I dunno? :confused:

Oh well, regardless of what happens, I am SOOOO excited for the finale!! And next week should be pretty funny too, just to see the girls reacting to psycho Christi and her backstabbing comments come to life. Haha, that will be VERY entertaining. :D

Well, I think Helene rocks, and I think that they are really good together. They're goofy and sexy and everything that people should be around someone they're into. She just doesn't kiss his butt and act like a delicate little flower like, say, Brooke. I have nothing against Brooke at all and I think she's a great girl, but I guess I just relate more to an independent woman who is who she is and says what she wants to say because that IS who she is and not because she's trying to make the "right" impression on someone. To me, that person is Helene.

I was totally shocked that he didn't pick Gwen. As much as I'm the head cheerleader of the Helene camp, I did think that he was going to end up with Gwen and Helene as the final two, and that he may well end up picking Gwen at the end. I think he picked Brooke because (1) he loves Helene and (2) he just felt sorry for Brooke and couldn't cut her loose. She is way too fragile -- the way she got all teary when he was talking to her right before the decision -- it just probably tugged on the ol' heartstrings a little too much and he just couldn't do it. It's like something REALLY hard he's going to have to do eventually, but he's going to leave it for later because, well, it's just so hard. She's going to be crushed. Gwen, with more maturity, was able to handle it better, and he knew that. At least now Brooke can say she made it to the end...

Of course, I could be *totally* wrong...

Predictions anyone for tonight?

Not as fun as picking out roses for a rose ceremony but just as interesting ...

Obviously Christi will start crying and still not get why Aaron didn't like her. Heather from Texas will probably be just as angry/tearful. I think the most interesting aspect will be to see how Aaron responds to these women. I wonder also if he'll give any hints as to who he's leaning towards or we can get a good idea from the "Scenes from the next bachelor." I can't wait! I think this reunion special will be just as good as any other episode even if it is dragging out the finale!

appearantly he chose Helene. But I don't know how much credit to give to the reports I've read. He's been seen out and about with her in his hometown as of late. Hmmm... I always thought that the final choice was live, I guess I was wrong.

Well, it could possibly live. Perhaps they were seen when he was in her hometown meeting her family. :confused: I still have hope that Brooke will win. :D

Comments about "The Women Tell All":

I cant believe that Heather from Texas started crying when one of the other girls made a comment about Heather getting them all fat from her cooking, when Heather herself had made that comment. She is a little too sensitive!

I felt so sad for Gwen. I think everyone was surprised when he let her go. She did tear up for a little bit, but like always, she handled it with class.

Next week, the season finale is two hours long! So does it start at normal time, or an hour before? I volunteer at church until 7:45, so I get home just as it starts. If it starts an hour early I will have to tape it, or just not go to church that day since I'll be paranoid it wont record!:rolleyes:

Awww, I feel really awful for Gwen because I know that she really cares for him but is not allowing herself to express it to a world full of viewers. At first I did not want her to be the one he chose, but after seeing the way she cares for him, I really think it should have been her to stuck around.

My mom made a comment about him not keeping her around because he told her that he was in love with somebody else. It all made sense to me. In tonight's show, he said that the reason he let Gwen go is because she did not open herself up as much as Helene and Brooke. This to him told him that Gwen obviously did not feel for him the way the other two did, when in fact Gwen really did feel that way but wanted it to be HIS decision. She didn't want to force him to choose her. Okay, so in last weeks episode when he let Gwen go, she asked him if he was in love. He nodded after hesitation. He never said he was in love with one of the girls in the room. What if he is in love with Gwen, but after his 5-minute talk with her before her last rose ceremony, he felt that she didn't feel that strongly for him. What if he let her go because he did not know how she really felt? She could be the one he is in love with. :(

I'd hardly call that "proof". I'm surprised that Brooke was 2-1 on some boards where Helene was 6-1.

Independent of all the rumors I still think and have thought Helene would win ever since I noted the chemistry between the two. However, now that EVERYBODY seems to be on the Helene bandwagon, I'd love to see a surprise where Brooke wins.

However, since they will prolly never marry, Helene could prolly take an eventual breakup easier than Brooke. If Brooke were chosen, I think in her heart she'd view it as Prince Charming/Cinderella, whereas Helene is more critical of the whole thing.

I meant the large amount of people from his home town all betting the max on Helene. They must know something.

While I think that it's most likely Aaron will "pick" Helene, I think the bigger question is will he propose or not?

Helene seems a little too down to earth to be swept away, but I'm not sure. Maybe he'll want to spend more time with her and then propose?

I also can't wait for the new dresses!

I'm not sure about Texas, but here in CA, the show starts at 9pm!

Here in IA (central timezone) it starts at 8pm and goes until 10pm

Me too, Leslie, me too. Brooke and Aaron seem much more close than Aaron and Helene. More of a bond.

Helene annoyed me with her pronunciation of Aaron's name. I know it's nit-picky, but anytime she would say it, I felt like I was watching The Nanny.

I felt bad for Brooke, but I could see where the age difference could cause him to believe they are at different parts of their life. I think that may have been one of the reasons he kept Brooke around for the end.

Oh yes, btw, one of the local news stations came over to my house during the show because we were having a Bachelor watching party. I got to come out on TV!! :D Yippee Skippee!!

Man! I was so sad to see that Brooke wasnt the one! I knew he wasnt going to choose her the second she walked out of the limo, because the one that doesnt get picked goes first. Besides that, everytime they would go to a commercial break and show clips of what was to come, they would show Aaron saying "this breaks my heart" and they would switch the camera on Helene. Kind of like making it seem she was going to be the one to go.

I dont like Helene, never have, but was still happy for her. I dont think she was being her true self on the show. Yeah, she might seem nice now, but just wait until the cameras are gone! Thats just how I feel.

However, I think Aaron always liked Helene from the start because remember when he gave her his number?

Poor poor Brooke. I know that she will find happiness in the future, but for her to have to go through this was tough, i almost cried for her, and a little part of me thought that she might have actually been the one!!

Tomorrow all three of them are going to be on the abc morning show, or whatever it is called. I will not be home, but I think I will have to tape it!!!

I am looking forward to the Bachelorette but it would have been nice if they would have picked someone besides Trista from last season. On that same note, however, I think Brooke should be the Bachelorette!

i was happy when he picked Helene! It seemed like he didn't have to lead the conversation as much with her, and I thought that Brooke jsut seemed more fake. That's just my opinion.

Anyhow, being a Banking kind of guy, I do think Helene fits into his life better than Brooke. I thought Aaron's Mom was so RUDE to ask, "You're 27, when I was your age, I had 3 kids, etc. etc, why aren't you married yet?".

Oh yall I CRIED tonight when he cut Brooke! I knew the second she got out of the car though she'd get cut b/c it's obvious whoever goes first is gonna get cut. I watched the end of the last show.. no previous viewing so correct me if I'm wrong.. but my girlfriend tells me that he broke off his previous engagement to be on the show? If so proposing is just something you do to string a girl along.

Hahaha yea my friends and I definately noticed that, but I mean come on, she walked in there with a freakin' backpack, she was obviously expecting to need a change of clothes.....hmmphh. :rolleyes:

I agree with whoever said earlier though that she just didn't seem that excited when he proposed, if that had been me, I would have been bawling my eyes out. (Well, I mean if it had been the man I supposedly "loved" so much anyway....and when he said "I've fallen in love with you" she says "Well I think you know how I feel"....WTF, I think the desired response is "Oh Aaron I love you too, let's run off and make beautiful babies together....or something like that. ;))

I can't wait to see if the honeymoon period is over, the "I wanna be picked, so I'll be sugary sweet" facades have come off and if they actually like each other. We all know we are on our best behavior the first few months of a relationship! Hmm!

Anyway, I didn't give a damn who he picked. Lord knows it doesn't affect my sleep at night. I just wouldn't subject myself to being picked like a cow being taken to auction!!!

I feel sorry for Brooke, but the premise of the whole show sets up all but one of the girls for a major letdown. How could you let yourself fall for a guy who you know is spending his away time with another girl and is telling her the same stuff he tells you?

Personally, I would never let myself get emotionally involved with a guy that was actively courting somebody else. To me love and trust go together.
