sigma kappa got it on our campus *edit* for the NINTH year in a row . don't remember the fraternity...:D

Theta Nu Xi won highest GPA at FSU 2002 onward.

They haven't posted 2005 yet, but in 2004, Alpha Chi Rho got highest gpa for fraternities and Alpha Kappa Alpha got highest of the sororities.
