Lovethesand,
When the bid lists are released, could you post a link for others on the board? Thank you in advance......:) |

Parent emails containing Bid information was sent approx 50 minutes ago. Bid List also posted on campus at Murray Hall.
|
Per @OkSUPanhellenic on twitter "709 PNMs became new members today".
That is down. I havent looked at last year, but 2012 it was 754. |

IF I was that kind of mom I'd be waiting for Debbie to go back onto social media so I could creep from afar.
|
Sorry for the delay. I took my MIL for her chemo treatment (she is doing well)
Niece is an extremely happy Phi Mu!!! She is a new member of her half sister's chapter (older sis is 30). |
Congratulations on adding a second Phi Mu to the family...big sister must be excited about being a legacy maker!!!
Glad to hear MIL is doing well, too. |
Thank you, on both counts.

Phi Mu 65
Chi Omega 59 |
Irishpipes, can you confirm that the number I saw on the OSU Pi Phi twitter of 900+ PNMs enrolled in recruitment is accurate? It seems like a good sized drop from enrollment to bids if that is the case.

Alpha Delta Pi - 67
I believe quota was 59 |
To FSUZeta, Phi Mu at Oklahoma State just won the 2nd highest award at their convention this summer. Most improved chapter in the country! Great chapter at OSU over the past several years. The Alpha Xi Delta house is on 4th street across from Tri Delta. Ironically, Phi Mu lived in it when they were first on campus before they built their new house. I love seeing chapters colonize successfully at Oklahoma State. Bring Delta Gamma there someday please! :)

Phi Mu house
Phi Mu built the house on 5th Street. No, Delta Zeta never lived there. Phi Mu bought some old houses, removed them and built at that location. Phi Mu is the only sorority to live there. My sister, a Phi Mu, told me that Phi Mu had apartments across the street from SAE in 1979 when they first colonized and then had the apartments and the A Xi D house starting in 1981 for a few years.
|
Maybe we are talking about two different houes. Phi Mu is currently on 4th Street in a pink brick/cream frame house. I'm almost 100% positive that DZ was in the current Phi Mu house before Phi Mu recolonized in 1991. DZ was only on campus for a few years and colonized when I was a student at OSU.
|
Yay! for FSUZeta's new Phi Mu relative. Love that quatrefoil.
|
|
Sorry, Irishpipes, typo on my end. The house is on 4th. Yes, same house. Delta Zeta may have used the property, but to my knowledge they never lived there. My sister is a Phi Mu national officer from Georgia and I know for a fact that Phi Mu built and owns that house. Not Delta Zeta.
|
Sorry, I didn't mean DZ owned it. Just leased it for a few years. I heard Phi Mu has bought several more lots to expand it too. That will be nice!
|
You are probably right, Irishpipes. I think Phi Mu is about to expand, which is great. I'm so impressed with AO Pi for getting a house built so quickly. They have done a great job at OSU. Do you know if all chapters made quota? I think they did. That is great for Alpha Xi Delta to colonize. Off to Utah soon to help out there. Bid Days are always the best.
|
When someone finds the Bid List that's been published, please post it here! Thanks! :)
|
Congrats to your niece FSUZeta! and glad everything with MIL is going well.

PMDal, she is beyond thrilled. My SIL called just about 30 minutes ago and said that she and hubby were just leaving Stillwater. Niece was still at PM house chattering away. She and her bid day buddy had so much in common!
