Chi O was Scarlet Uli-Ulis and Phi Mu was Fragrant Plumeria Lei. Tallulah LOVED them both and thought that the computer lab was going to shut down waiting for her to rank them after prefs. She had the same decision to make that Sweet Tea had in 2007, with Sweet Tea choosing Phi Mu. The RGs finally assured her that she'll always be friends with the Phi Mus she met and that calmed her down.

If I'm counting correctly, Tallulah is daughter #7, so does that mean you still have 2 shots at someone going Pi Phi?

Yes! A senior and a junior! And right now, their top choices don't have Pi Phi. :( They don't know it but I DO!

All of the schools they're looking at have at least 2 legacy groups.

You have really amazing panhellenic spirit, I will keep my fingers crossed that one (or both) of your daughters finds an amazing school that fits their needs and has a Pi Phi chapter!

University of Louisville... Pi Phi, AOPi, and XO chapters. Sounds like a good place for one of those two young ladies!

Regarding the remaining two daughters......Two Words. Oklahoma State. The Pi Phi Chapter there is top drawer.

Thank you all; I appreciate all the good wishes very much. She's absolutely shimmering with excitement and she's planning to come raid the house for all the Chi O stuff next visit! Well, she can't have the refrigerator magnet, it's really strong & we need it!

I think I'll blame Georgia's HOPE Grant for this. Who can turn down free tuition? And there's only 1 Pi Phi chapter in the state.

Still no sign of Hazel. My husband and I have decided that maybe she was planted by Panhellenic like that guy Slugworth in the first Willie Wonka who kept testing the kids' loyalty. ("Let's see if she'll spread the word that we haze!")

Another sorority got their bigs and her friend down the hall is now the little sister of Tallulah's lifetime friend!

#8 is still looking at several schools but the 2 current favorites only have 1 sorority in common. No, I don't know if she'll rush!
